“We were very happy with Daisy and Harpers stay with Shanna! She is very communicative and easy to work with. Daisy and Harper were very well taken care of and the pictures Shanna sent us from the nature walks were beautiful! We plan to rebook for a summer trip!”

“Bella loves her stays at Kathy's house. The fact that I ALWAYS check Kathy's availability when I need a sitter says it all. I want excellent care for my little girl, and Kathy provides that!”

“Mary and William treated our dogs like their own. They kept us updated with how the pups were doing and just went above and beyond. We would definitely book again in the future. Very happy with our experience!”

“Carrie was/is absolutely amazing! She loved on our sweet girl and gave her all the cuddles as if she were her own. She was very communicative and we were very appreciative of the photo and video updates we received daily. She is hands down the best. Thank you so much for being a home away from home for our Finley.”

“Kim was absolutely wonderful. She showed so much care and interest in my two Pomeranians. She was highly interested in making sure she knew and took care of all my doggie needs. I would highly recommend her, especially if you have older dogs requiring special attention.”
“Kayla, her husband Michael (and their kids) made my boys (Bonanza and Jackson) feel so incredibly loved! Jackson is a senior dog with mobility issues, but he still was part of the action. Bonanza loved playing with the kids and other pups and running around the back yard. The kindness, care and compassion of Kayla and her family was just so special. I felt good knowing the pups were in such amazing hands and loved the photo updates. I look forward to boarding with Kayla again…and the boys do too!”

About: Experienced with energetic and strong willed dogs. Experienced with structured care, consistent routines, and happy dogs :) Will love your pup like they’re my own Caring for pets is already a big part of my everyday life. My routine revolves around making sure my dog is walked, fed, and given plenty of attention throughout the day. Feel free to message me about availability! I typically am available whenever you need!! I have a very friendly and energetic Husky in my home who loves staying active. We go on walks around the neighborhood about every 2 hours for potty breaks, as well as mental and physical stimulation. We also occasionally enjoy car rides to the dog park for extra fun and exercise. Since my yard is unfenced, I have a secure outdoor lead available. If your dog enjoys spending time outside like mine, I’d be happy to accommodate that upon request. For safety and comfort, I also have a crate available and can crate your dog or mine as needed.
“Rachel was exceptional with our two small dogs. She was flexible with a meet and greet while my husband and I were out of town and then with a late drop off the night she returned from being out of town. And during the stay she took phenomenal care of one of our pups who is elderly and has incontinence and followed his care to a “T” including giving him 2 baths during the short stay. So so so grateful for her. She provided updates and again, took such great care like they were her own dogs. Highly recommend!”

“Brittany provided exceptional care for my two dogs, Renzo and Lolo, and the entire experience was wonderful from start to finish. She was attentive, caring, and made sure they felt comfortable and loved while they were in her care. It was clear that she genuinely enjoys working with animals and treated my boys as if they were her own. Renzo and Lolo came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for, which gave me great peace of mind. I truly appreciated the communication and attention she provided throughout their stay. I would highly recommend Brittney to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate dog sitter. The boys can't wait to spend time with her again! 🐾💕”

About: I have always watched all my families fur babies. They have been well loved just as my own. I’m always watching training videos on dog behavior as to be ready at all times and recognizing when to step in. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m always home majority of my days unless I’m running errands. So they are in my care at all times. I love to send videos and pictures to keep everyone updated. So I’m hoping to love on your fur-babies soon. I’m a stay at home mom. So I’m home almost all of my days unless I’m out running an errand or out with my sister doing an activity with my kids. But most of my days consist of being at home. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I have a really big back yard and open front yard and woods. We are back in the corner of the woods. I also have 2 big dogs that will help guide your dog on how to do things. I also have a crate if need be for a large breed dog if that’s something they are use too. I’m more than welcome to walk your dogs on a leash if you felt more comfortable

About: My journey started with owning cats growing up and training every animal I ever owned leading up to my first dog. My cats and even my bird. When I was 12, I started dog sitting Pierre, my mom’s coworkers Yorkshire Terrier. He caused me to fall in love with dogs. I became obsessed with AKC dog shows, my mom and I watched it every Thanksgiving morning after the parade. I actually loved anything with animals. I owned many cats from the age of 4 through my teenage years. I love cats but they can’t do what dogs can. Finally after years of begging, my mom got us our first dog, Omega. He was a beautiful standard poodle and was so smart. My best friends mom had a friend who needed to rehome one of hers, he was 1 when we got him and I taught him all he knew from down, stay to jumping over a pole. Before going off to college I chose to foster dogs in need and I fostered three successfully who went off and found their forever homes. It was the most rewarding thing. So I decided if I can work with dogs my entire life and just be around them all day for a job Id be in heaven! Naturally my teenage brain thought “I’ll be a Veterinarian”! I completed 3 years at Virginia Tech majoring in Animal & Poultry Science doing the Companion Animal Tract. I was able to receive a lot of hands on experience with animals of all kinds; pigs, cattle, sheep, horses and chickens (of all ages). I learned skills from halter breaking heifers to administering shots in 3 different ways. Though I do enjoy animals of all kinds I eventually came to the realization that I thoroughly enjoy training dogs and I’m constantly training my own. I currently have two that im working with regularly just for fun at one point and so it dawned on me that I’m in the wrong career. So while in the process of developing and launching my own personal Dog training and boarding business. Since I work from home, I have the time and knowledge to be able to dedicate to helping others who are in need of these services now. Trusting their fur babies will receive the best of care and would be made to feel at home. If your baby is more comfortable in their own home I’m happy to accommodate to their needs. Leaving your fur babies is not always easy, trust me, I’m having to do it for the first time soon myself and with me you can have the peace of mind that your furry friends will be in great hands, as I will treat them just how I’d expect mine to be treated ! With nothing but love, care and patience. I have Experience with all ages! Omega was with us until he passed at the age of 14! My dogs recently had an accidental litter and I raised up 10 puppies who all lived and are 12 weeks old now ! I’m familiar with administering pills or medications if necessary. 7 puppies remain in my care as I want to make sure they go to great homes and I plan to train them as service dog prospects ! I train dogs in basic and advance obedience, on and off leash training, and some skills like protection and sport work. I work from home full time starting my work day at 12:30 pm and ending at 9 pm. I get two 15 minute breaks and one 30 minute lunch through the day. During which they would be able to potty and play. So your furry friend will always have someone home with them. It is a goal of mine to eventually do this full time. I have A large yard on an acre property. Dogs who are trained off leash can roam in the back which has rock boarders lining the property. For those not trained off lead i have A long 30 ft lead which will still allow them the freedom to run around. I have two adult dogs and a litter of puppies still with me who can keep any anxious friends company. And for those who need to be alone, my two can be kept upstairs in my room and the puppies can be crated leaving your friend the entire downstairs to roam or in my work office with me while I work. I have two large crates which can be used if your friend has a hard time getting settled in a new environment. I provide an enriching environment where your fur baby will learn how to be a better k9 citizen everyday ! Picture and video updates can be sent regularly !
“Kathy and her crew took extra special care of our boy Nikko. He will be returning to his favorite spot soon. She has a wonderful outdoor area and furry friends to keep your special ones company.”
