“Annie was great. She sent several pictures and updates on Gandalf every day. Her home was very safe for our cat and she is definitely "tuned in" for knowing or figuring out how to engage with a cat for exercise and play time. We will definitely be back to Annie for our cat boarding needs. Thanks Annie!”

“Amber did a wonderful job taking care of my Skye. She stayed updating me on everything that was going on. If you’re looking for someone who is going to treat and love your babies right Amber is the perfect person.”

About: I have been around animals my entire life and grew up caring for dogs, cats, hamsters, and even reptiles. Over the past five years, my family has had a full house of pets, including one dog, two cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, and a chameleon, so I’m very comfortable with a variety of animals and their unique needs. In 2021, I completed training to have my golden retriever certified as a therapy dog. After becoming licensed, she worked alongside me in public schools, where she provided comfort and support to students. That experience strengthened my skills in handling, training, and understanding animals while ensuring they feel safe, calm, and well cared for. Pet care fits easily into my daily routine because I work from home, which allows me to give animals plenty of attention throughout the day. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, feeding, playtime, and check-ins to make sure pets are comfortable and well cared for. Since I’m home most of the time, pets are rarely left alone and can enjoy a calm, consistent environment. Caring for animals is already part of my daily life with our own pets, so adding additional pet care feels like a natural extension of our routine. My home is very pet-friendly and used to having animals around. I have a family of five with three kids ages 11–16 who all love animals and are respectful of their personalities and space. Since I already have pets in our home, I understand the importance of maintaining routines, providing regular feeding times, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on making them feel safe and comfortable, just like part of the family. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions the owner provides. My goal is always to make sure pets feel relaxed, well cared for, and loved while their owners are away.
“Hailey responded rapidly from prebooking all the way through the last day of boarding. I highly recommend her to watch your dog. Our dog Dasher was very happy when I came to pick him up. I would definitely use her again.”

“Nathan sent updates daily reassuring us that our pup was doing well. He was also flexible when our travel plans faced a delay. Would recommend to anyone who wants a safe and fun environment for their fur babies.”

About: Hi there! I am a loving, active dog sitter with years of experience caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes—from energetic little pups to gentle giants. Dogs aren't just pets for me; I love "working" with them, playing brain games, and practicing fun tricks to keep them happy and engaged. I have my own beloved 13-year-old female White Swiss Shepherd. Because my sweet senior lady is getting older, I'm not ready to bring a new dog permanently into my life just yet—but I have so much love to give, which is why I would love to help you out with yours! My Home & Routine: Always Supervised: I work from home, meaning your dog will have constant company, plenty of bathroom breaks, and endless attention. The Yard: I have a great garden for fresh air and stretching legs. Please note: It is currently unfenced, so I always supervise outdoor time and use long training leashes for safety. Special Care: Because of my experience with my own senior dog, I am completely comfortable and experienced with administering medication if your dog needs it. What I am looking for: Since I have kids, it is very important for me that your pup is fully comfortable and friendly with kids. I can't wait to treat your dog like a member of my own family! As a long-time Rover user, I know exactly what goes into providing excellent care. To give you peace of mind, I would be happy to meet you before you book! And! As a photographer, I also offer a mini-photoshoot for your dog—in addition to the regular updates and photos. I am always at home. Our children are at daycare during the day. But they are already looking forward to playing and cuddling with your dogs and my husband works from home. I have a garden, but no fence. Your dog is free to roam throughout the house. I will go for three walks: in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. If it is very warm at midday, I extend morning and evening walks so that your dog doesn't burn their paws. Our dog will be kept separate from yours.
“Ashley is a great sitter! She was very nice and made me feel comfortable leaving my Max with her! She sent awesome updates daily with cute pictures of Max enjoying himself! Definitely getting her to sit Max again! 10/10 Definitely Recommend !!”

“We had such ease leaving our baby girl, Birdie, with Philip and Mallory. They sent daily pics and Birdie was a very happy girl with them. They also were very easy and flexible with pickup even helping us pick Birdie up at home as we had an early flight. Definitely recommend!”

About: I have many years of farming experience and have gained many great achievements in the field of agriculture. I will make sure that every animal is taken care of and treated with respect and love. I have a pretty empty schedule during the week. I typically respond fast to make sure that your needs are met in a timely manner. I have three dogs in my house as well as three cats. These cats usually reside upstairs, so they will not be a problem as they like to be alone most of the time. My dogs are very friendly and are always open to new friends. At my home, I do not have a crate, but I can always set one up if provided.
“Ida did a good job watching Rosie. She sent me photos of her most day and gave me an update every day. When we picked up Rosie, she was happy and even went back to Ida to say goodbye to her. Thank you Ida.”

About: I currently have a dog Enigma.. She is a little mixed breed girl. When I stay at your house she does need to come with me. If it is necessary to keep her separated from your pack , that is not a problem. I always bring her carrier with us and if need be she would have no interactions with your animals. I have references who can attest to this. She likes cats, but I will not let her near yours When I look for a pet sitter I am looking for someone who will take care of my fur babies like I do. I have experience pet sitting with many sizes, breeds and ages of animals and specialize in big dogs and specical needs animals. I am available nights, weekends and holidays. Having worked with animals I try and observe them to better relate to their wants and needs. Sending pics and updates daily to keep you posted on how your fur babies are doing is very important to me. Please do not assume that I will care for any other animals that you have for no charge. I Animal caretaker is my fill time job. I absolutely LOVE what I do! I find it very relaxing and rewarding to spend time with animals. I do not have a fenced in yard, but i do have a large outdoor pen for play time. Your animals health and happiness are my top priority. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
