She was quick to respond, kind, and very flexible given the circumstances of it being so last minute. Still being a first time Rover user, as well as it being our little guys first stay away, I was nervous, but I can honestly say that I couldn't be more pleased. The pictures and texts were so reassuring throughout our trip, and she even gave him a bath and brushed him prior to his return!
