About: I’ve taken care of and lived with dogs and cats my entire life. I am an agriculture student and former horseback rider with experience caring for animals including chickens, goats, horses, cows and more. I am currently a full time student, but my remote coursework allows me ample flexibility to care for animals multiple times throughout any given day. Unfortunately my apartment complex does not allow me to bring animals to my apartment. However, I am willing to travel to a clients home to care for their animals. I treat every client, their pets and their home with the utmost respect and care.

“Ellis helped us out in a pinch when we were in the middle of changing jobs! Our new puppy loved him and we trusted him from the start. He's a great guy, good with dogs, and I highly recommend his service!”

“Armani was caring and thoughtful during the visits. My cats enjoyed her company and she even did dishes for me voluntarily. I was grateful that she was able to sit my cats during Christmas. Will book her again when I need sitting in the future”

About: I’ve grown up caring for animals my whole life. I raised my own dog from puppy to 15 year old senior citizen and have been taking care of my friend’s and family’s dogs and cats for years. Whether your pup needs a brisk walk or a trail run, or your cat needs company while you’re away, I bring the same care and attentiveness to pet care that I bring to the hospital. I understand how important your pets are to your family, and I’m here to treat them like my own. I have experience with dogs and cats of all sizes, temperaments, and medical needs. I’m comfortable administering oral medications, following special diets, and maintaining a calm presence with shy or anxious pets. I currently have a flexible academic schedule and I work hard to fit in pet care throughout the day. I am almost always available first thing in the morning and in the afternoons/evenings and my mid-day availability varies by academic term From walks to house-sits, I follow the simple tenants of 1)“treat every animal as if they were my own” and 2) “treat everyone’s homes with the utmost respect”. Pet owners know best what their animals need so my top goal is providing whatever care that may be, safely, and in the environment that best suits each pet and owner.

About: I grew up on a farm and have taken care of a variety of animals. I worked in veterinary medicine for 8 years and spent two years in high school working for a dog and cat boarding facility. Currently a medical student, I have a lot of flexibility. I’m able to complete morning, midday, and/or evening walks. I am often available on weekends. I have a fenced in porch and can take dogs out on leash. I live close by to the rail trail and in a very walkable neighborhood. I can administer topical, oral, and subcutaneous medications.

“Abby did an amazing job. She did check-in visits for all 3 of my cats. She was very punctual and updated me with photos. I could comfortably enjoy my vacation knowing that my cats were well taken care of. Highly recommend.”

“Julia did a great job taking care of my 2 cats while I was away! I had her feed 2x daily, plus litter change and playtime. She was responsive and send me lots of photos. I'd definitely use her again!”

About: I’ve been dog sitting for over five years, caring for everything from tiny puppies to large breeds and seniors. As a lifelong pet owner of both dogs and cats, I understand each animal’s unique needs, whether it’s high-energy playtime in the park or calm cuddle sessions at home. I’m comfortable managing excitable pups and ensuring they get the exercise, socialization, and affection they crave. With me, your family members will get reliable, experienced care every time. As a graduate student, I have a very flexible work schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time to caring for your pets. I’m available for boarding on weekends and most weekdays after noon. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or cuddles, I can make sure your pet gets the attention they need throughout the day. I have a cozy home with a calm cat who enjoys lounging on her own couch with blankets and a scratching post nearby. I’m very gentle, patient, and attentive to each pet’s unique needs and comfort level. I can easily crate your dog if needed and always prioritize a safe, calm, and loving environment.

“Meredith is fantastic. Super organized, a great communicator, and overall kind person. And our old quirky girl loved her and was immediately at ease with her. Would love to work with her again in the future.”

“Katherine took amazing care of our boys while we were away. She communicated with us throughout our trip, sent us lots of pictures and even swept up litter they tracked. The boys were happy and looked well cared for when we got home.”

“Emily-Claire did an awesome job watching/providing drop-in visits for my two cats during the course of a week! She communicated often and transparently, and sent lots of photos. I won’t hesitate to reach out again for future needs!”

“Olivia was great with my cats while I was out of town for the week. I came home to a clean house and she even washed their bowls so I didn’t have to worry about it upon returning home. Even my shy cat came out to see her and she spent time playing with them. I knew they were in good hands and they always seemed happy to see her. Would definitely book again!”

About: I have taken care of cats and dogs for as long as I can remember. Looking to get my own, but in the meantime, would be excited to watch yours. I have plenty of toys and treats and I’m happy to do anything that makes you feel comfortable to keep your furry friend happy! I currently work at Dartmouth Hitchcock full-time which is why I typically can only watch during the weekend. My flexibility means I can also sometimes work remote. Depending on your preference, I’m sure we can work out something great. I am happy to do anything that makes you feel comfortable. I love to go for a walk, so I’m happy to take them down to the small park that we have. Or if they’re not much of a walker, I’m happy to sit and relax as long as they know how to pick a TV show.

About: It has been a joy for me to care of a variety of animals since I was 8 years old, including dogs, cats, hamsters, rats, guinea pigs, fish, and hermit crabs! I have prior experience as a volunteer at a humane society for cats and dogs, where I participated in hands-on courses on positive dog training methods. I provide a gentle, patient, and attentive approach to all critters I care for, ensuring peace of mind for both you and your furry friend! I am currently available for dog walking and drop-in pet sitting services between the hours of 7 a.m–8 p.m., 7 days a week, so I have plenty of flexibility to work with your schedule! For most pets, I believe that staying in their own home with familiar surroundings is the best way to help them feel comfortable and content while you’re at work or out of town. I prefer to provide drop-in visits where I can maintain your pet’s typical routine as much as possible. I look forward to learning about your individual pet’s needs!

Liz is attentive to his energy levels, makes sure he gets good exercise, and always left a thoughtful update and photos that brighten my day. My dog clearly trusts her and she is extraordinarily capable/ competent in her care for him. As for our cats, Liz handles them perfectly — whenever we have left them in her care, she has always provided excellent care. The feeding areas are clean, litter box is spotless, and they appear content. One of our cats not the most outgoing cat, but he’s warmed up to her surprisingly fast, which says a lot! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for top-notch dog walking or cat care!”

Caroline L.
“I do not hesitate to trust Caroline with caring for my dog (and she does frequently, a high-energy Australian Shepherd). You will not find a more trustworthy and caring individual to look after your animal and respect you and your property. I rest easy when my dog is in Caroline's care because I have seen first-hand Caroline's unending love for animals and her capacity for empathy, which makes her excellent at tending to your pet's needs. Caroline is also exceptional when it comes to following any special instruction, and I have always been able to trust that when there is something specific that I ask of Caroline for my pet, she ensures it is done exactly as I asked. You won't have to worry about mistreatment of your home or property either. I have always known Caroline to do the right thing, even when nobody's looking, and her respect for others persists even when they aren't around. For all these reasons, and from my own experience, I could not recommend Caroline's services highly enough.”
