Can't say enough good things, every day she's stopped in to check on my pup, he's had a great day playing fetch, running around, getting some of his energy out. His commands have gotten better, crate training better, and she's given me good tips and tricks that she's observed spending time with my pup. Also takes and sends great little videos and pictures of my pup playing or being crazy whenever she does a drop in.

About: I’ve always been an animal lover and currently have two dogs of my own, Domino and Hazel, who have taught me a lot about patience, responsibility, and the importance of a good routine. Caring for them every day has given me hands-on experience with feeding schedules, walks, playtime, basic grooming, and making sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I have also fostered dogs in the past. I am a bit of a helicopter dog mom so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet because I know my own dogs are family. Whether your pet needs exercise, companionship, or just a little extra attention while you’re away, I’ll care for them as if they were my own! I’m dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals of all ages and personalities. Every pet deserves to feel loved and cared for, even when their favorite humans are away. I work full-time from 8a to 5p Monday through Friday. Since I have two dogs of my own, they take up most of my time during the weekdays. My weekend availability is very flexible! Since I live in an apartment, traveling to your home to care for your pet is more ideal. The safety and comfort of every pet in my care is my top priority. I follow the pet owner’s instructions closely, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise needs, and any special requirements. I pay close attention to pets during walks and visits to ensure they remain safe and comfortable!

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I’ve taken care of several dogs of varying age, size, energy levels, and shyness. Also have experience with chickens, goats, and pigs and how dogs interact with changes in their environment. I’m free most days, everything that I need to do is on my computer and can be done anytime and anywhere. I’m flexible and can fit into most clients’ schedule. I let them out when they want out, play when they want to play, and clean up any mess so that the client comes back to a just as clean or cleaner house and pets

About: I've cared for animals since I was a preteen, having my own dog since 2013—well versed in all things dog, and I live less than five minutes from the nearest 24-hour emergency vet clinic. My pets are my life! I have a cat (10 lbs, female) and a dog (small terrier, 15 lbs, female) who are both spayed and socialized with other animals. The dog, Chanel, is especially fond of other dogs who are friendly, regardless of size. My cat's name is Ellie, a domestic shorthair, and she mostly stays away when there's another dog over. I have fostered dogs and kittens with local rescue groups as well as Little Rock Animal Village (LRAV). I am also a registered volunteer with LRAV. I'm currently working from home for the most part, other than going to a client meeting sometimes. I have cameras throughout the downstairs, where the animals will stay if I am gone. However, I spend quite a lot of time at home, which places me in a great position to be available to care for my pets and any guests I'm caring for, be it a foster, overnight or a board. I have a fenced-in yard, can go outside with the dogs, and I have a neighborhood that's walkable if that's a needed service. If I'm caring in a client's home, I go by their instructions and do not mind being flexible and keeping lines of communication open. I know pet anxiety, and sometimes we just want a little pic of our babies before bed. :)

About: I make sure I have everything covered. If not given a list I will make one. I will make sure the dogs are taken out, fed, and played with on their normal time. If I’m dog sitting I will also make sure the house is neat and tidy. I will take them out on walks as much as I can. If they need to be bathed I can do that as well. I will take them to any appointments they have. If they have to take any medication, I will make sure they have taken it at the correct time. If I have any questions I will call/text, whichever is best for you. I can also send pictures of them to give you an update on them.

About: I feel a strong connection to animals. & really enjoy spending time with them & caring for them. Seeing a pet happy, makes me happy also. I’m pretty flexible with my schedule & would like the opportunity to help some clients on a regular basis if they have the need for a routine. I do believe in keeping pets safe. I don’t allow any pet I am caring for to walk off leash, unless we are in a safe fenced area.

JENNA IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! My husband & I went out of town and found ourselves in an emergent situation where we needed help letting our 2 dogs out to potty & getting them feed. I sent Jenna a very panicky message & she responded immediately. What started as 1 appointment quickly turned into 5! She kept us updated on everything that was going on & sent us the BEST pictures! She made our pets feel very comfortable which was a true blessing for my husband & I! 10/10 would recommend Jenna to anyone who needs help. Will definitely book her again in the future!! About: I have a very flexible schedule right now and most open availability in mornings and early afternoons. I love taking animals to spend time outside, cuddling or wrastling (depending on size, haha), or even grooming them to cut down on the dog hair dust bunnies in the house! I enjoy dogs of all sizes, and have compassion for their different temperaments and what personal accommodations they each need. In fact, I'm dog sitting right now as I write this. This pup is hesitant to go outside in the backyard when his owner isn't home, and therefore will avoid going to the bathroom more regularly unless I take him out on an actual walk. So that's what we do, rather than me insisting that he use the backyard. I understand that a dog's mannerisms and behaviors have to be paid close attention to, and that it's important for their owners to know about little things that have happened or not happened. I've also had experience with administering some forms of medicine to dogs on a few other occasions, and am not opposed to these sorts of tasks. I'm also fairly athletic and enjoying helping energetic dogs get ample amounts of exercise.

FAQs for Drop-In Visits - Northpoint

Frequently asked questions about Rover

As of June 2026, there are 13 sitters on Rover offering Cat Sitting across Northpoint. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
