Billie loved it there and we got so many videos/pics/updates. I had specific directions for feeding and they followed directions very well. Also really loved Jessie’s Parents as they were always there so Billie always had someone taking care of him if Jessie had to go out. “Sue is wonderful! My dogs and I got to meet Sue and her dogs before she boarded them. She really is patient with my little dogs and understands their behaviors. One of my dogs is very anxious and barks a lot. She dealt with it well and realized he was just unsure of the environment. My 6 pound Pomeranian took a few days to warm up to her but in the end she did. Sue didn’t push herself on my dog and just let my pup come to her. She took special care to walk them and make them feel as comfortable in their new environment. Sue also took time each day to send me photos and texts so I knew they were ok. I have already booked her for two more weeks this summer. I recommend her with your dogs too. It is obvious she loves and enjoys dogs.”

Jen was so lovely and replied to my questions often. I always get nervous when leaving Roxy in a new-to-her place, but hearing how she was doing and adapting to the environment set my mind at ease. She was also very gracious and accommodating when my flight was delayed and I had to pick up Roxy later than we agreed. I wouldn’t hesitate to book Jen again!
We had an amazing experience! Our 2½-year-old rescue rat terrier mix is high-energy and can be pretty anxious, but he was so well cared for and looked completely at ease. We loved getting lots of photos and updates, and the fenced-in yard gave him plenty of room to run and play. He came home happy, tired, and clearly loved. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—highly recommend!
