“I am usually working from home full time so am skeptical to leave my only “kids” alone with someone else. Then Jessica came along, yay! She’s super sweet, great with communication and goes above and beyond: I only asked her to help me for potty breaks while I had to go into the office but she also stayed and played with my two dogs for extra time!! She even gave me some tips on fixing my fence! She’s a Jessica of all trades!! Very special.”

About: I have had animals in my life all my life. I am comfortable working with dogs, cats, and small animals. I have also worked with animals that have special needs, specifically related to senior care. I am capable of giving meds and shots to animals. I currently work part-time for myself so I'm able to schedule around your animal's needs. I am able to walk animals up to three times today. The most important thing for an animal is to feel safe while it's owners are away. I am here to follow any routines that your pet already has to maintain a sense of security and calm.

About: My journey in pet care began in 2016 when I brought home a golden doodle who quickly became part of the family. Over time, I developed a deep understanding of how pets, whether dogs, cats, or other companions, bring comfort, joy, and emotional support to the people who love them. I ultimately chose to have her stay with my ex-husband so she could be a consistent source of support for our daughter during her time with him. Since then, I’ve cared for a variety of animals, each with their own unique personalities and needs. I’m calm, attentive, and patient, and I always take the time to make sure pets feel safe, cared for, and comfortable in my care, whether I’m walking them, feeding them, playing with them, or simply keeping them company. I work from home three days a week, so I’m around during the day to give your pets attention, playtime, and care. I’m also fully available on weekends for walks, drop-ins, or boarding. My flexible schedule allows me to tailor care to your pet’s needs, whether that means midday cuddles, structured walks, or keeping your pet company while you’re away. I take a calm, caring approach to every pet I look after, whether I’m visiting your home or caring for them in mine. I live in a townhouse with plenty of walking paths nearby, making it easy to give dogs the exercise they need. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique temperament and routine, and I always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and creating a stress-free environment wherever I provide care.

“Olivia took great care of our kitties!! They loved her and enjoyed all her visits. It was a big relief to know they were well loved while we were gone and we will definitely book with her again in the future!! Would definitely recommend her for your pet care needs:)”

About: I worked at a pet lodge for awhile, taking care of all the dogs who ranged from little to very large dogs and also cats. My work there was to clean up after the dogs and take them out to use the restroom four times a day. I am diligent and a great listener, and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I am always on time and in the appropriate attire for working professionally. I am such an animal lover, whether it be dogs or cats. My family used to have a morkie, which was a Maltese and a Yorkie mix, she was precious but sadly ran away. I look forward to hopefully taking care of your lovely pet! Thank you.

“Virginia is absolutely amazing! She catered to all four of my cats. She adjusted perfectly to our cat’s particular needs. We have one shy cat who will not come out from under the couch for anyone, but Virginia was able to bond with her and give her the attention she needed. We will be using Virginia for all of our future “cat lovin’” needs!”

“Cannot recommend Emily enough for looking after your cat! We have been away for just over a week, everything has been left clean and tidy. We can tell our boy has been very well looked after and we enjoyed all the picture updates whilst we were away. She also kept my plants alive better than I probably would myself!!”

“Judy took great care of my pups while I was away on vacation! She sent several pics and didn't hesitate to ask questions if she was unsure of something which put my mind at ease. Will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve cared for every kind of animal from cats and dogs to fish and horses. I absolutely adore animals! Since 2020 I have sustained a back injury that limits my mobility, however while I can’t run, I can walk confidently and love to walk with dogs especially. By lending me your furry friends to play with, you’re also helping me stay mobile. So pet care is more than just a gig to me, it is a blessing that allows me to pet all the cats and dogs, while keeping me healthy. For overnights and house sitting, I will simply request you allow my wife to be with me. We’re a package deal, 2 sitters for the price of one! We are a clean and responsible duo, you’ll surely love us! Thank you for considering me for your sitting needs! I promise to love your friends like they’re my own, keep them safe, entertained and well fed. My schedule is entirely open until I return to college in September, and even then I may be able to continue pet care. I will update my availability as it changes, so you’ll always know when I’m available. I will be caring for any pets at your home, I find this to be most ideal as the pets are in a familiar location so it will be less stressful for them overall. I also have 3 very timid cats at home who don’t get along well with new animals. For over night service such as house sitting, my wife will be with me. Don’t worry, we are a very clean and responsible duo. Clear communication is important, so that we both understand what is expected and needed.

“Erika visited our cat Mimi every other day while we were away on vacation. She did exactly what we asked, including feeding, scooping the litterbox, & a little play time. She left a nice note for us to read upon return. It was obvious when we got back that Mimi had be well treated! We highly recommend Erika!”

About: For all 21 years of my life I have owned pets. 2 dogs and 4 cats is the count so far. There is nothing that brings me more joy, peace, and passion than taking care of, and simply being around animals of any kind. The animal experience I put in the bio is reflective of my personal experience. Professionally I have volunteered for 6 months at a therapeutic animal farm and was responsible for chores for all farm animals. I also had a month stint doing a more intensive Workaway program where I did similar chores with larger animals. I am hoping to become more serious as an animal sitter and caretaker, with this being my first step to get there. I have experience with my own pup taking him on walks, administering medication orally, light grooming (mostly brushing), feeding (willing to cook them meals), and any other tasks you may need I am always willing to learn. I look forward to working with you and your furry friend soon! I’m currently working very part-time in a job that unexpectedly is not very reliable. I have plenty of downtime to take care of your pets and would only ever be gone for a few hours at a time if I was scheduled in for work. I am trying to make Rover a priority if I get frequent bookings here, so the animal will always come first. Unless specified through direct communication I am free during the week and weekends Depending on the service you officially decide I will include info about my own property as well: I have a fenced yard with plenty of room to run around in. There is a pool, so if your pet likes water, they can have at it! My dog lives between two homes, so if your pet is not good with other dogs he can always go to the other house and vice versa. I try to walk my dog every day when I am with him, and obviously maintain all the necessities such as food and always having water in his bowls. If there are any specific accommodations you need either at my house or yours I am always willing to consider options. Finally, if you feel like your pet does well with dogs and wants a friend to play with I am happy to bring him to your home for visits of any length.

About: I have had one small dog, Fiona, for 16 yrs, and had a horse for 30 years, as my sister in LA said, when you adopt a pet, it's as if they have hit the lottery, what a nice thing to say, I love pets and love exercise so Rover would be the best way to go. My dog is senior at 16 so I am used to seniors, medicating, etc....and cats, have had lots of rescue cats, Sally is my present sweet girl at 8 yrs old. I was laid off in June and I would look forward to caring for your cat or dog with long walks or a hike in the park. On Friday, I had to lay to rest one of my dogs, Ricky, due to heart failure, so my Fiona would love a friend to hike with! She is lonely and we all feel his loss. I walk them in my neighborhood, or if cool enough we go to the nearby park, very fun! They always get lots of pets and treats as allowed, I do prefer small dogs, probably as big as a Boston Terrier would be ideal, and friendly is important!

About: Hi!! I have been taking care of animals almost all my life—I have a 16 year old dog that we adopted when he was 5, and he’s been my best friend ever since! I have been taking care of animals in my neighborhood for 8 years, and people rely on and are comfortable leaving me with their pets, knowing they are in good hands! I am studying at Wellesley College but I am home for the summer, so I am available to take care of your pets! I am available weekdays and weekends for drop in visits, walks, and house sitting. I will be very attentive and flexible to your dog’s needs, making sure they are as comfortable as possible. I also provide excellent communication, so you can rest assured that your dog is in good hands!

About: I've taken care of both cats and dogs for a long time, I had a dog when I was growing up, who I walked a lot and played with every day. When he got older, I drove him to his cancer treatments at a specialist vet, and to his radiation treatments. Most of my friends growing up also had pets that I played with and saw regularly, and I've house-sat and pet-sit for several of my friends and neighbors. I have a lot of time to dedicate to caring for pets! I am currently in between jobs in my career and have plenty of time to look after other's pets! I have a pet-friendly apartment with a space for dogs to run around, and a huge field next to my apartment which is perfect for playing fetch. I also love going on hikes and being outside, which is ideal for dogs that need walking. At home, I regularly play with my cat and feed her on a schedule that she is familiar with!

As a retired and active women, I have the time, energy, and heart to give your furry friend the attention they deserve. About: I’ve been around animals since the beginning of my life. I grew up with cats & dogs, small & large. I started learning about dog training in 2020, I trained my first service dog in 2022. I’m always working to learn more & continuously improve my knowledge. Body language is a huge factor when it comes to taking care of dogs & making sure they’re comfortable in their environment. I’m great with puppies as well & can help out with basic training. Any questions please feel free to ask! I work from home, so I start my day by taking my dog out to our apartment property’s dog park to use the bathroom, & get play time in, then I bring him in to feed him breakfast. If dog parks make you uncomfortable, I can always take your dog when the parks unoccupied. For meal time I make sure all dogs are separated from each others food. If your dog has trouble eating I always keep toppers on hand or different types of food such as, raw/cooked/air dried/& freeze dried. In the case there’s a medical emergency we have an emergency vet 15 mins down the road. If your dog needs to be crated when left unsupervised or for bedtime we have a crate sized for medium/large breeds. Animals are allowed on furniture & the living room is dog proof with lots of toys & beds, we keep the kitchen & bathroom off limits to prevent anyone from getting into something they’re not supposed to have. My dog has also been trained to be gentle with small animals as well to make sure everyone is comfortable & safe in their environment. If your dog eats too fast I offer slow feeders in my home.

Isabelle M.
“Isabelle is a no nonsense girl yet with a tender heart. She has a strong work ethic. She loves animals to put it simply. She has no fear of their behavior, messes, surprises. She has experience working with cats and dogs at a local kennel. She excelled there but due to COVID they cut back. Her confidence will make any pet feel safe, and at ease. She’s an asset worthy of serious consideration. Thankyou”

Christopher G.
“Chris has been friends Cleo since about 2008. Cleo is a cat with a wide vocabulary. Chris understands nuances in most of the meows. More importantly he knows the difference between “feed me” and “give me attention” which are very similar vocalizations but different. He is also very good about little details like not petting her in spots where she is arthritic.”

Erika C.

She left a nice note for us to read upon return. It was obvious when we got back that Mimi had be well treated! We highly recommend Erika!”

Joseph A.
“Joseph was fantastic! He took great care of my doodle over 5 days while I was out of town. He was responsive, responsible, great communication and enjoyed caring and playing with my pooch. My pup loved him and I’d use Joseph again. 5 Stars!”

Kimberly P.
“How lucky you would be to have Kimberly take care of your pets! I can vouch for the fastidious care she gives to her own two dogs and cat. She is a loving, caring pet owner and will certainly treat your pets as if they were hers. You can rest easy, knowing that your pets are in excellent hands. I have no problem at all in recommending Kimberly wholeheartedly for this job! She has owned so many different animals through the years and each of them has gotten the best of care.”
