About: Animals are basically part of my DNA. I’ve been walking dogs and pet sitting since I was a child, and I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, and other animals. I’ve also been riding and caring for horses my entire life, which means I’m very comfortable with responsibility, routines, and understanding animal behavior. I have hands-on experience with pets of all sizes, ages, and personalities—from energetic dogs who love long walks and playtime to seniors who need a calmer pace and extra TLC. I work from home, so pets are never left alone and are part of my daily routine. My home sits on 3 acres of private property surrounded by a state park, which means lots of space for play and long walks or hikes. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. I care for pets by treating them like part of the family, whether they’re in my home or theirs. I stick closely to each pet’s usual routine—including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and rest—so they feel comfortable and secure. I make sure dogs get plenty of supervised exercise, enrichment, and attention throughout the day. I’m attentive to individual needs, whether that means extra activity for high-energy dogs, gentle care for seniors, or patience and consistency with puppies. I also keep pet parents updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Since my full time job is remote and computer-based, I am able to accommodate in-home care for 1-2 weeks at a time. I enjoy playing with pets and taking dogs out for walks, or even hikes if they and the owner are open to that. I'm basically ready to be their new favorite playmate :)

About: I personally have a cat that was initially my daughter’s but I inherited her and have grown to love immensely. I have cared for my daughter’s chameleon and tortoise in her absence on several occasions. I’m a big dog lover!!! They bring me lots of joy. I have had shepherds, Belgian Malinois, mixed breeds, and labs in my life. Currently I continue to have two full grown labs, and a yellow puppy lab in my life through my great friend. I could not imagine life without them. They are the definition of unconditional love. I’m currently working full time, but if needed I can be available in the evening for dog walking. And on the weekends I have availability for dog walking, feeding, or playing. I will care for them as if they were my own with care, compassion, and love. And ensure that they are always safe in my hands.
