About: I’ve cared for dogs for over 12 years and love having them in our home and taking them on walks. I’ll keep you updated each day on what and how they’re doing. We’re a retired couple so we’re home most of the time. We’ll enjoy watching your dog any day of the week and we’re happy to meet your dog’s needs. We have a fenced yard and no other pets. We’ll give good attention to your dog and his needs. We’re happy to let him play inside our house or in the backyard while we watch him. We do prefer that your pet is kenneled at night but willing to discuss exceptions.

About: **I will be temporarily unavailable from 8/25/25-12/19/25** Hello, and thank you for visiting my profile! If you're considering me to care for your furry loved one, you're in great hands. I'm proudly one of those lifelong “animal people” who lights up around animals—especially dogs! With decades of pet ownership under my belt, I'm well-versed in feeding, administering medications, cleaning up messes, ensuring safety, and of course, offering plenty of cuddles. A bit about me: I’m a proud wife and mother to four energetic boys, and we share our home with two (very spoiled!) pups. I work as a Special Education Teacher in the Deer Valley Unified School District, and my husband is a police officer. Outside of school hours, I devote my time to pet sitting—a side passion that blends my love for animals with financially supporting my classroom. You can count on me to be present, engaged, and attentive during every visit. I take plenty of photos so you feel connected and assured while you're away, and I always provide detailed updates to keep you informed. As a fellow dog parent, I deeply understand the trust it takes to leave your pets in someone else's care. Punctuality and communication are cornerstones of my service. I treat every pet as my own and every visit as an opportunity to deliver care with heart. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. Thank you for considering me—I truly value your trust and the opportunity to serve your family! Reliability You Can Count On I strive to be as flexible as possible to meet the needs of every client and their pets. While I appreciate flexibility in timing, I do my absolute best to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled visit—unless we’ve made other arrangements in advance. Clear communication is important to me. If I foresee any conflict with availability, I’ll let you know ahead of time. I treat my commitments with the same level of seriousness as I’d expect from someone caring for my own pets. I never cancel last minute, and your trust in me is never taken lightly. Safety-Conscious, Seasoned, and Always Prepared With over 30 years of experience caring for animals—and as a mom to four—I’m always ready for the unexpected. Living in Arizona, I make it a priority to check the area for snakes or other critters that could pose a danger to your pets at each visit. I also take the time to double-check doors and ensure everything is secure before leaving, so your home is as safe as your pets are happy. My guiding philosophy is simple: treat others the way I’d want to be treated. If I notice something that needs attention while I’m there, I don’t hesitate to take care of it. Your trust means everything to me, and I’m committed to going the extra mile.

About: I have wanted to work with animals since I can remember so my junior year of high school I decided to join a program called West-MEC that takes you one step ahead in your career for veterinary science. So in my junior and senior year I was attending that schooling while attending high school to become a certified veterinary assistant. I graduated from that school in May of 2024. So as much as I love spending time with dogs I also am very educated about them and their needs. I’m currently home for the summer from college! I have one part time job and work only about 2 to 3 times a week, either in the evening or morning so my schedule is super open! I will always make sure your dog is completely comfortable with me before taking them. I take my own dog on a walk at least everyday. I used to take her 3 miles but because she is getting older I take her a little less now. I am able to do long and short walks.

About: I work hard so your dog can have the best day ever each day! I have watched family and friends dogs for awhile now and feel in love with the job so I want to continue it. I’m currently working part-time right now on the weekends so I have plenty of time to spend with your dog and focus on them. I know the holidays are coming up so schedules can be hectic but no worries, I am flexible and willing to help in anyway I can. I do dog sitting while house sitting. I strive to keep the dogs active and happy while keeping your house clean and tidy. If they have a strict routine such as needing to be walked, I can happily do that during my visit as well.

About: I've had a wide range of pets including dogs, fish, and frogs, and have enjoyed the experience of each. Large or small each pet has their own unique and endearing traits. I am used to handling small and large animals and attending to each of their individual needs. I am fully capable and comfortable with playing with or walking animals for long periods of time as well as caring for any pets special needs. I am a part-time worker from Phoenix looking to fill some of my free time helping others ensure their pets are well taken care of. My home has a large fenced yard with plenty of space to either run around or lounge in the shade. There is a large grassy area as well as doggy beds and water bowls outside if the animals tire themselves.

Let me know how I can support your pet’s needs, and I’d be happy to create a care plan that works best for you! I currently work part-time, which gives me lots of flexibility to focus on pet care. I love spending quality time with animals and making sure they feel happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine, and I’m always excited to welcome new furry friends! Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to roam and relax. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique needs and happy to accommodate routines, special instructions, or crate training if preferred. My goal is to make your dog feel right at home.

Bailey has a wonderful time with her and is always excited to see her. I love that I have someone reliable who can give my dog some extra fun outdoors when I don't have the time.”

“I met many of dog owners, myself included, in life and no one compares to Meaka. Ever since I have known her she has always owned a dog. Just the other day I was at her house and she was discussing her dogs diet and multivitamins. I have never heard of a person doing that stuff for their dogs. She really takes care of her dogs because to her they are her children. It amazes me to see someone so responsible and caring for animals. The way she acts around other dogs makes me surprised she doesn’t own 40 dogs herself. There is no one I would trust more than Meaka to care for my animals. She is truly a real dog loving person.”
