It was our first time leaving her in several years and I was very worried with her being so small and used to only being the only dog. Karen and Bingo were so sweet and welcoming and Jamisen immediately felt comfortable with both of them. She sent regular text and picture updates and I actually didn't worry about Jamisen even once while we were away. When we had a last minute flight dilemma, Karen was so accommodating and made sure that Jamisen was well cared for for an additional day. Karen and Bingo are WELL worth the 40 min drive it takes to get to them from our house and we will definitely be using them again. Thank you again, Karen and Bingo!!”
