Throughout the entire stay, Kelly sent regular updates, photos, and little notes about how my pup was doing — from days playing in the barn and updates on behavior and feeding, to the adorable moments that made us smile every day. She immediately came through in our moment of need and I felt right away that I could trust her to provide the special care our dog needed after the injury. She was willing to administer medication and followed up with the vet, removing a bandage when needed and taking pictures of his condition for the vet to see.
