“It's difficult to put into words how wonderful Karen (and Bingo) were to our beloved Shih Tzu, Jamisen, while we were away for 10 days. It was our first time leaving her in several years and I was very worried with her being so small and used to only being the only dog. Karen and Bingo were so sweet and welcoming and Jamisen immediately felt comfortable with both of them. She sent regular text and picture updates and I actually didn't worry about Jamisen even once while we were away.
