Pet care experience
Dedicated to love all dogs!
Recently moved here from our family farm in central Minnesota, I have experience in working with a multitude of animals. Any animal from dogs to cattle, poultry to pigs and cats to horses! I have experience in dog sitting for neighbors, friends and family with or without being paid. I have a walker hound back home on the farm who loves to run around the farm and lives to hunt so changing his environment from the farm to an apartment didn’t seem fair to do. I miss him dearly, and have such a love for dogs, I would take them all home if I could! I also have experience working on a pig farm as a farrowing technician (assisting in birthing) and all the daily cares and medications from the time they’re born until they are weaned to another farm - also medication administration for sick pigs, including injectables. I have experience and training done on caring for elderly horses. I have experience milking cows and caring for young calves. I have fostered and cared horses until they were able to find homes, which is always tough having to say goodbye and trust they are going to a good home. Out of all the animals in the world, my heart will always love dogs the most. I do enjoy having cats around, unfortunately I am allergic so I can’t have any of my own. But I love dogs with all my heart, I think it’s safe to say I love them more than people! I may be new to the state of Florida, but I have a lot of time and dedication to offer as I am a “stay at home wife” to a husband in the Navy. We will be in the area for the next 5 years, and I would love to meet some people and help with their pets in anyway I can! Even if it’s just a drop in visit so they don’t feels so alone for such a long stretch of the day. I am ready, able and willing to love and care for your dog just as you do! I have TWO letters of recommendation I can share from my previous employers as well.

Briana was absolutely fantastic with Bentley while my wife and I were away on an extended vacation in Italy. She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and consistently kept us updated with pictures and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Bentley isn’t always the easiest dog to take care of, but Briana did an amazing job helping him feel comfortable in a new environment. She was so patient and caring with him, even laying with him in the closet when he got scared during thunderstorms and calmly handling his occasional barking at absolutely nothing. It was clear that Briana genuinely cared about Bentley and went above and beyond to make sure he was happy and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for someone better to watch him and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can trust to take great care of their dog while they’re away!
Ruger had a great time with Briana. He was very well cared for and it was obvious that she treated him like he was family. We received daily updates and pictures. We highly recommend Briana.
Briana is a sweetheart. Dependable, caring and communicates throughout the stay. Maia warmed up to her so quickly and we got regular updates!
Briana was so awesome - great communication and reached out to double check any questions on our dog. She sent photos and clearly had a great time with our dog!
Briana is the biggest animal lover I have ever met. She is gentle, calm and treats every animal as if she could bring them all home with her. She has watched our fur babies several times and interacts with our fur babies in such a patient manner. Briana will work with your dog in the most gentle loving way. She will never let you down :)

Schedule
I am a wife to a husband is in the Navy, so anytime he’s gone, I would really love the company!! Currently looking for a part-time job here so I can easily accommodate to pet owners who need boarding services!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a secure apartment complex that has a gated parking lot and sidewalks, and a fenced in dog park. It’s very peaceful and quiet here but there’s other dogs to play with as well! I also spend a lot of time walking the beach on the Mayport Naval base and would be more than happy to get your dogs steps in somewhere besides the hot concrete! I don’t have any children yet, and my dog is back home on the farm in Minnesota - not pets here. Just my husband and I!
A typical day
(Physical health and owners preference permitting) We will go for walks, play in the dog park here at my apartment complex, go to the beach on Base, snuggle up for some bible studies and movies and more than likely dance around the kitchen to some good music! (My dog used to love that)
