Home full time, large fenced yard
I have had many pets over the years - Terriers, Labs, German Shepherds and cats - and care very much about all visiting furry friends! I have a large back yard in sun and shade, and love walks on the beach if my new friend would like a romp! And our neighborhood is also a great area for walking. I have a mature cat who tolerates dogs, even my son's Great Dane lol. My house is tile flooring throughout, so any accidents are not a big deal. I am home all day and available to travel around the Beaches area. I don't mind travelling with animals in the car. I can do basic grooming and bathing, either in a tub or outdoors with a hose.

Barbara and Mike were great on a last-minute’s notice. They have a lovely backyard that is a pup’s paradise. Barbara is very quick to respond, too! Mocha seemed to feel very comfortable with them, and we would definitely call them again.
Barbara is the best! Felt so at ease all weekend knowing my baby was with such a sweet couple. Beautiful backyard overlooking a pond, my pup definitely had a wonderful time. Will 100% use them again!
Barbara was WONDERFUL! I have a large Doberman who is very sweet, but initially has some stranger danger. Barbara understands and respects dog behavior and let Jax approach her at his pace, when HE was comfortable. He had a fantastic stay with Barbara!
This is our second time our pup stayed with Barbara and we were very comfortable. We know our dog is in good hands and well taken care of as one of the family!
