About: I have grown up being my families pet care provider! I am punctual, reliable, and most importantly, a pet lover of all, no matter how big or small. I currently have a 5 month old GSD puppy and a 2 year old boston terrier, and they have helped gain a ton of knowledge that I believe will help greatly toward the care of your pets! I also have past work experience at a pet motel. I worked there for about 6 months while I was in school to complete my animal science degree, and I really enjoyed it. My tasks included feeding, administering medication, taking dogs for walks, cleaning up after them, and playing with them. This experience helped me tremendously. I am experienced in understanding dog behavior and communication patterns. I work from home 5 days a week and care for my own 2 dogs that get to spend time outside in our backyard every few hours. I have a large fenced backyard and have experience with animal care. The dogs will spend a majority of their time indoors, but frequently have supervised outside play time in the backyard (weather permitting). Dog walks can also be provided at no addition cost. At night, I have a large kennel inside they can sleep in with blankets. Daily pictures and status updates can be sent as well if desired. Pets toys are welcome if you would like to bring your own. To ensure a low stress transition owners are welcome to set up a meet and greet prior to booking. All dogs will be introduced one at a time with any other animals and be able to take a private house tour.
About: I have tons of experience staying overnight watching animals from puppies to older dogs with several different breeds, I always had an animal at home growing up, and I think that is where my love for animals came from! “Tori has taken pride in caring for our small dogs, whom I give supplements to, and she never complains about that! She will take them for pup cups (if approved). She has taken our dogs and cat to the vet for me. She used to volunteer for WOW, and she is great with cats too. She has trimmed my dog's nails with help. She takes them to the dog park with approval. She has even made them birthday cakes! I would also like to point out that she will always make sure that she has water with her, poo bags and anything they may need. She used to be a vet technician and is always aware and mindful of any medical concerns, yes, she watches my dogs poo because they eat everything, including rocks. One of my dogs doesn't breathe well when it's hot or he overexerts himself, and she watches and knows when it is time to get him back into the air conditioning. She has trained them to sit, fetch, and learn simple commands. She is not afraid to clean up poo or vomit...lol We highly recommend Tori if you are looking for a pet walker or sitter!!”
