She was very patient and understanding with my girl Cleo who is terribly shy and can be wary of strangers. We had a couple meet and greets ahead of time and she really went out of her way to accommodate my girl. My first time using a pet sitter that wasn’t a personal friend who knows my dogs well and any worry I had was squashed very quickly. The constant updates definitely put me at ease as much as possible when I’m away from my kids. Even brought in some auto ship Chewy packages that happened to be timed for the days we were away. Being able to avoid a boarding facility for my babies was great since my nervous girl tends to not trust strangers when it comes to bathroom breaks, and I worried she wouldn’t eat in a facility due to stress.
