About: I have professional and personal experience with canine, feline, rodent, and reptile care! I love all animals, but have the most experience with dogs. I have worked with a number of different situations as well including but not limited to: pregnant canines, newborn puppies, kittens, elder furry friends, reactive, deaf, blind, and paralyzed dogs! I also have minimal experience with washing, drying, and brushing out dog coats as well as nail trims and ear cleanings. I am willing to work anytime as long as the owner and I can create a plan of care that we are both comfortable with. I cannot offer care within my own home due to my lease but am comfortable meeting your pets needs where they feel most comfortable. I am able to take care of pets out in socializing situations, or in their own homes. Your pet’s safety and happiness is of utmost importance to me.

About: Previously, I worked as a kennel tech at a Vet Clinic for about 3 years! I have had experience in caring for cats and dogs (love them both). Along with working with animals at the vet clinic, I have been on Rover for over a year and also offer pet sitting outside of the app. My goal is always to offer the best care for your animals, ensuring you feel at ease when being away from them! I am currently a college student but I have a fairly flexible schedule that allows me to make time in the morning, most afternoons, and evenings. To ensure the safety of myself and the animals, I would be sure to get all of the details on what the pet needs. Such as, medical history, and knowledge of any existing problems or quirks the pet may have. For example, my own dog doesn’t like to eat right away, she likes to graze; this would be something I would want to know just in case. Care and safety are all in the details!

About: I've taken care of friends and families pets for 3 years. Comfortable and used to all sizes of dogs and breeds. Comfortable with kitties. Also completely ok with smaller "cage" pets (mice, ferrets, guines pigs, hamsters, etc.) I currently work part time Wednesday-Friday 9-2. But am available to go care for your pets before work, and of course hours after work as well up to 3 times a day. Mondays, Tuesdays, Saturdays and Sundays I am completely open to whatever schedule im needed for your pets care. I can easily feed and water your dog(s), walk them, love on them and give attention, as well as crate them. I can also give baths if dogs are comfortable with baths. I am willing to learn anything else necessary in caring for your furbaby. I can easily feed and water kitties, provide litter box cleaning, etc

About: Animal Shelter Enrichment Volunteer, Stephanie "Stevie" is experienced with managing the special needs of high-anxiety and/or reactive dogs. She has rescued and rehabilitated 3 dogs of her own, and 6 cats. She is an active volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with adoption events and enrichment activities. Stevie has been a pet-sitter since she was 12 years old. She started with plants and birds, and now 20 years later, can work with any animal, including ones that require bottle feedings, complex medication schedules, or homestays up to 2 weeks. Farm animals too! Chickens, ducks, and goats! She was a camp counselor for 3 summers and also conducted a work exchange at a homestead farm for 1 summer. She successfully worked for Trusted Housesitters but has switched to Rover for more local opportunities. I work remotely part-time and have a flexible schedule that can meet all of your pet's individual needs. 24/7 care and attention for your animal! I understand your home is your sanctuary, and I aim to leave it as if I was never there. All poops are bagged up and properly disposed of immediately. All water drops or pee piddles are cleaned up with pet-safe sanitation spray. The door locks are always double checked upon departure. I send pictures of your pets happy and healthy during every visit.

About: I am an experienced pet sitter of lots of different animals. As a previous animal control officer, I have experience with multiple different types of animals in many different situations. I am also trained in Dog CPR and I have experience in delivering medication’s to dogs including injections. I have also Dog sat for different animals throughout my career and time in college. About: I have two of my own dogs. One of them actually just had puppies and I delivered them and took care of them myself. I love big dog breeds I work full time until four Monday through Friday. About: I bring the magic where ever I go, especially to visit the dogs and cats of Charleston. I love to take them on adventures to Hampton park, Magnolia Plantation, the island beaches, or around Colonial Lake. Some of my regulars include the 2 cutest Dachsunds downtown. I’m experienced with all breed and sizes! I am a local contractor so my schedule is very flexible. I can do mid day walks or drop ins as long as I don’t have a job to do! I will always take your dog on regular walks and play with younger dogs or any who have the energy. I know how to pet the grumpiest of cats without them walking away! I will give your pet a lot of attention as I know they might be missing you and want them to be relaxed as possible!

About: I have been a dog owner my entire life! My husband and lost our beloved Marley and I am looking for doggies to give my love and care to. As a teacher, I am off the month of June and July and my husband coaches so I am looking to fill my days taking care of your baby! During the school year, I teach but still would love to take care of your babies if my schedule fits yours. I don’t have a fenced yard but I have a large yard and I live on a very quiet, no through way street. I love walking so will be happy to be outside with your dog on their leash.

About: What makes me a great friend to your little one is that I am not restricted by a work schedule, so I have a TON of flexibility! I also live alone, no roommates, no kids, no other pets, so my attention can be completely focused on your pet! I have been caring for dogs since I was 5 years old when I got my first - a dachshund named Molly. I’ve cared for over a dozen dogs since. My Dad and Grandpa trained police dogs on K-9 units so it must be in my blood! I am also a HUGE walker and hiker already, so, if your dog loves to explore and needs to get some energy out - I’m your girl! Because I am home a lot of the day, senior dogs work well for me too! There is truly a dog breed I don’t absolutely love. Fun fact #1 - At 13 years old, I started a dog walking and boarding business in my neighborhood with my best friend - “Woof Walkers” - t-shirts and all! My love and care for animals has only grown since. Fun fact #2 - I once got a $200 tip for dog sitting because the owners felt so confident their little loved one was cared for so well - he didn’t want to leave me! :) I can be 100% committed to being with your furry friend all day and night long! I have all the time in the world and love nothing more than lounging, going on walks (or hikes!) with the worlds greatest gift to humans - dogs :) My apartment complex has a great a dog park with lots of other furry friends along with a huge open field to get all the zoomies out! My surrounding area (0.6 miles away) has GREAT walking trails on Lake Lanier, several dog parks, and vet care 0.5 miles away should any emergencies come up. I keep my apartment very tidy with several cozy couches and chairs (and bed) to lounge on but have no problems with the little bit of a mess a furry friend can bring. I also have a balcony to let them get some sun. I drive a Jeep with plenty of space for toting if needed. I like to text the dog owners as many photos as they would like just to touch base and know that their friend is safe, loved, comfortable and having FUN! I would love the opportunity to become a friend to the family.

I have worked with a non-profit rehabbing retired throroughbreads and retraining them for lives off the track, which has given me confidence, patience, and adaptability in handling spirited animals. I'm happy to care for them at your home or take them on adventures to parks, hikes etc. Depending on your pet's needs, I am available for walks, feeding, playtime, training, boarding, and any other activities they enjoy.
