About: I've taken care of many of my neighbors pets since I was a freshman in highschool. Small dogs, big dogs, multiples of cats and dogs, kittens, rabbits, puppies, birds, fish, and even reptiles. I have always enjoyed taking care of pets and enjoy cleaning, so bathing, cleaning cages, litter boxes, etc. is no problem for me. I have a very flexible schedule, so that I can perform frequent potty breaks, walks, or feedings for pets. I am also willing to stay in-house for my services. I am currently a student home for the summer, who is enrolled in online classes. Due to the fact that I am not working this summer and I am taking classes online, I have a very flexible schedule and lots of free time to help out often. I am able to care for smaller pets in my own home, if needed. However, for larger pets, such as cats and dogs, I am able to care for them more preferable in the clients home, where they are more used to their surroundings. I am able to stay in-house, perform frequent check-ins, feedings, walks, medication administration, and cleaning up after clients pets.

About: Hi there!! My name is Kayla, I have two doggos of my own! One is 8 years old and one is a year old. I have worked with dogs of all sorts of breeds since I was about 12 years old. I've volunteered and worked in kennels. While working in the kennels/ daycare I have learned how to give medicine whether that's a pill, injectable or topical. I have trained dogs to do the basics, sit, stay, wait, place. I love going on hikes with my dogs through the dahlonega trails. Message me and we can talk more about your pet needs! I currently do not have a daytime job so that just means I'll have more time to spend one on one time with your pet! For my one year old puppy we do crate him during the night and when we leave the house. For my older dog, he does not need a crate. With that being said, if a crate is needed for your pet that is doable and understandable! I unfortunately do not have a backyard but I can assure you they will get plenty of outside time.

About: I’m passionate about animals and love giving them care. I see walking and spending time with dogs as an important part of care. As my job, I am an animal care technician at an animal shelter. I take care of animals all day, medicate, and make it a goal to get these animals into homes. I also help work with the unsocialized animals by taking them on gentle walks and rewarding them with a treat when they reach a certain distance. Being a dog walker would be a great side hustle for me. Pet care fits into my daily because besides my job at the animal shelter, which I do Thursday-Saturday, I am constantly searching to help other animals. I do this by when I may see a stray cat searching for food, I’ll feed and nourish it back to health. Also, help take care of my parents dog when they are at work by feeding and taking him on walks. I take care of my parents dog by feeding him twice a day(morning/night), spending quality time with him outside(throwing the ball), and going on walking. I believe dogs need very special time outside to let their energy out because dogs are very full of it. Working at the animal shelter makes me want to take advantage and make sure that every dog gets their energy out.
