About: I’ve been raised with many pets, and started caring for others than my own a few years ago. I’ve looked after senior animals, babies, and all in between! I’ll be your pets favorite human (until you get back)! I’m currently home from college for the summer and have a free schedule! I have my own car and am free all day for check-ins, play time, and walks! I also have experience with overnight care as well! I’ve pet-sit and house-sat for many satisfied families in the past, and follow any instructions given! About: Stephanie "Stevie" is experienced with managing the special needs of high-anxiety and/or reactive dogs. She has rescued and rehabilitated 3 dogs of her own, and 6 cats. She is an active volunteer at the local animal shelter, helping with adoption events and enrichment activities. Stevie has been a pet-sitter since she was 12 years old. She started with plants and birds, and now 20 years later, can work with any animal, including ones that require bottle feedings, complex medication schedules, or homestays up to 2 weeks. Farm animals too! Chickens, ducks, and goats! She was a camp counselor for 3 summers and also conducted a work exchange at a homestead farm for 1 summer. All water drops or pee piddles are cleaned up with pet-safe sanitation spray. The door locks are always double checked upon departure. About: I've taken care of dogs ever since i was able to walk. Household always had anywhere from 2-9 dogs at once ranging all age ranges from week old puppies and 16 year old cuddle bugs. Breeds range from small to extra large. Me and my wife currently have two Cane Corsos, a frenchton, and boston terrier beagle mix in the family. I am currently working part time and have plently of hours throughout the weekday and weekends where i can provide company, playtime, walks, or even house sitting. Schedules are most important for dogs to feel comfortable and less anxious. About: I worked at a vet clinic for a couple of years. I also worked at a dog training facility for a year. I know it’s hard to leave your fur baby behind but I can promise you that they will be safe and definitely loved! I just had a baby and not able to work in the moment. So I’m up early in the morning and up late at night so I’m very flexible! Well I will have to have my baby with me ( just a warning). But I normally treat them as my own. I will walk them every 2-3 hours then I’m there. If the owner has any schedule I follow the schedule or any instructions. I do normally send pictures and videos of the fur baby to the owner and keep them updated with everything.

I always come prepared with treats and toys as well. I usually arrive at the client's house, let the pet introduce themselves to me naturally (no threatening behavior, no forced petting, no loud or excited talking, just let them get to know me!) and then hang out in their space for a bit, offering treats if allowed, letting them get used to me, then going on with the routine of feeding, walking, etc, if I'm allowed to groom them, once they're used to my presence, I'll begin that, making sure to stop immediately if they seem upset or threatened! I always end our day together with some treats/food and spending some time with them!
