“We were very happy with Lindsay & Chris taking care of our dog. This is our first time boarding Biscuit with someone she didn’t know. I was happy we could visit ahead of time to see where Biscuit was staying and how she acted with their dog. Lindsay and Chris were very caring and understanding of Biscuits needs and making her feel right at home. They also took care of Biscuit’s meds and eye care that was needed. We did not know about til right before trip. We were very pleased with communication and getting back to us right away. We also received pictures of her when gone which was a nice surprise. “Our pup had such an amazing time with Julie and her family! From the moment we arrived, Chiko felt right at home and quickly became part of the family. He loved playing with their two doodles, Chase and Rusty, and even got to meet their goats, pigs, chickens, and play with their kiddos. Their fully fenced yard (many acres) was perfect for safe playtime and gave us extra peace of mind. Julie went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable leaving him, especially since Chiko is deaf and uses a special collar. She took the time to learn how to communicate with him, which gave us such reassurance. We loved the adorable photo updates throughout his stay, and when we picked him up, he was one happy (and tired!) pup who fell right asleep as soon as we got home. About: As someone who personally has an animal with special needs I understand the kind of care they need! I also have experience working with animals of all ages. Along with working with animals of all ages I have both volunteered and worked at a local Humane Society. Working there entailed feeding, cleaning, and providing medical care to both cats and dogs. As a student who only works a part time job I am back and forth between campus and my house all week. With an older cat I frequently drop by my house throughout the day to check on him. About: Previously, I worked as a kennel tech at a Vet Clinic for about 3 years! I have had experience in caring for cats and dogs (love them both). Along with working with animals at the vet clinic, I have been on Rover for over a year and also offer pet sitting outside of the app. My goal is always to offer the best care for your animals, ensuring you feel at ease when being away from them! I am currently a college student but I have a fairly flexible schedule that allows me to make time in the morning, most afternoons, and evenings. To ensure the safety of myself and the animals, I would be sure to get all of the details on what the pet needs. About: I worked at a vet clinic for a couple of years. I also worked at a dog training facility for a year. I know it’s hard to leave your fur baby behind but I can promise you that they will be safe and definitely loved! I just had a baby and not able to work in the moment. So I’m up early in the morning and up late at night so I’m very flexible! Well I will have to have my baby with me ( just a warning). But I normally treat them as my own. I will walk them every 2-3 hours then I’m there. If the owner has any schedule I follow the schedule or any instructions. I do normally send pictures and videos of the fur baby to the owner and keep them updated with everything.

About: I have always had a dog ever since I can remember. When I got older I was always put in charge of feeding them and taking them out which I loved doing. In the past I have also had a bearded dragon and a hedgehog. Neighbors have always reached out to me to cat sit and dog walk whenever they needed extra help. My dog Baron a bischon poodle mix recently died at 17. I had to feed him a specific diet, give him his medicines every day, and made sure he always had his diaper on because he couldn’t control himself. It was so sad seeing him in such a poor state and he needed so much care. Although this was a sad thing to go through it has given me experience in taking care of older dogs and knowing how fragile they can be. I am a junior in nursing school at UNG. I am wanting a flexible job to earn some extra money. I’ve also been wanting a dog but I’m trying to hold off until after nursing school so in the meantime I thought this would hold me over! I make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and outside time. I also think it’s very important to be consistent with the times they go out and the times they are fed.
