About: Hi! I’m new to the area and would love to meet all the neighborhood animals! I recently moved here from Michigan to live with my husband here in the Slocum neighborhood in Havelock North Carolina. Back home I have two puppies, Millie and Ruby and here in North Carolina I have a puppy and kitty named pepper and maple. Back home I have been reliable to take care of my neighbors dog and cat to take care of them by feeding their dog and cat, taking their dog for walks, playing with their dog and cat and making sure their dog goes outside to go potty. I love being a parent to my puppy and kitty and it’s the best part of my day to come home to them 💕🐾🐶🐱 I’m unemployed and currently looking for a job but I’ll be able to take care of your animals during the day throughout the week and at night if needed. I have a fenced in backyard which is where I take out my puppy maple out to go potty. As mentioned before I have kitty named pepper as well. Maple is 6-7 months old and gets along well with other animals and is a very friendly and social dog. I take maple for walks and sometimes for runs often. We do have a pet scorpion as well but he stays in an enclosed glass cage away from the other animals. Pepper has her own room where she sleeps and has a litter box, a cat tree, and a food and water bowl. Both pepper and maple are allowed on the furniture and maple has a dog kennel and two dog beds but she sleeps in our room. And she also has a food and water bowl in the kitchen area. There are plenty of toys for the animals to play with but you are welcome to bring your own toys as well. I would also like to add that there will be no additional caretakers and it’ll just be me.

About: I've always had a dog in the family to care for and now I get the pleasure of caring for my "granddogs"! I feel comfortable administering medicines and accommodating special needs your best friend may have! I just recently retired and am looking to fill the hours I would normally be working with jobs from Rover. I am typically available Monday through Thursday but do occasionally shift my schedule to accommodate travelling with my better half! I typically offer services away from my home being that I do not have a fenced in area for play time. I feel more comfortable coming to your fur baby's home to check in on them.

About: Hello! I am Adeline! I am a local so I know there area pretty well! I’ve been working in the animal world for nearly 4 years and am Vet assistant certified. I have since left the field but want to stay in close contact with furry faces! If I do not have availability for the time you need I can refer Zoey Robinette who is also a reliable pet sitter and has sat my babies many times, please reach out to her right here on Rover should you need services I am currently working 9-5 Monday-Friday and have most availability on weekends if overnights are needed. Although I am flexible and do still offer overnight stays during the week depending on distance! I have a few hours in the morning to be able to accomplish any care the fur babies will need in the morning but afternoon drop offs do work the best during the week! I also am not limited to just pets when drop offs are needed! My own fur babies at home are always very well taken care of, happy and healthy. I would treat your furry family with the most respect, care and compassion as I would my own!

About: I have always grown up with animals and my love for them led me to a job at a pet resort. I was a kennel technician for 4 years which provided me great insight to care for all types of furry friends. I just graduated college from UNC Charlotte and home in Emerald Isle for the summer. Most days I workout and hang with my family so my schedule is pretty flexible. I always try to keep each pet’s routine as close as possible to what they’re used to because I know how stressful change can feel—especially for anxious pets. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive, and I make it my priority to provide comfort, consistency, and lots of love while they’re away from their parents.

About: I have my own 8 year old Maltipoo. I have also watched my friends dogs when they would go out of town for vacation due to my flexible schedule. I work remote and I am working on my bachelors degree online so my schedule is rather flexible. Differs from semester to semester though so I will adjust once the spring semester starts. I typically go to the clients home since the dog is more comfortable in their own environment. That option has always worked out the best in the past.

About: I’ve cared to dogs since I was 12, beginning with family pets and expanding to neighbors and friends. I helped raise a littler of ten black lab puppies, ensuring they received proper nutrition and constant affection. I’ve cared for many breeds in a variety of settings, including watching and managing up to 5 black labs at once, taking them on structured walks, playing with there favorite toys and keeping their routines calm and consistent. My experience cover feeding schedules, baths, crate safety and off leash play. I am currently a student at coastal Carolina community college as a dental assisting student. Mondays and Thursday I get out of class at 11:40 and 12:50. Tuesdays I arrive at school @11 and leave @3:40, Wednesdays 8-2:40 and Fridays 10-2:40. On weekends I’m available and times after school. I have a back yard, not fenced in. Pets in my home are not treated bad, not screamed at or hit to be punished. They are always treated like my own, with cuddles, little snacks if allowed and plenty of play time. They would go on walks and be seen by other individuals for petting if the owner is comfortable.

About: I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes, from Great Danes to Miniature Pinschers. As a Husky owner, I’m also familiar with more challenging, high-energy, and stubborn breeds.I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs, including those who are visually impaired or have medical conditions. I’ve worked with diabetic dogs and understand the importance of maintaining a strict schedule, as well as safely administering medication, including injections. As a stay-at-home mom, I have a very flexible schedule. I’m available on weekdays from 8am to 2pm, and again anytime after 4pm. On weekends, I have full availability and can accommodate care at any time. Your dog’s safety, comfort, and well-being are always my top priorities, and I strive to provide attentive, reliable, and compassionate care tailored to each pet’s individual needs.

About: I have 2 dogs of my own and 3 cats, i’ve grown up with many animals in the household growing up of all different kinds and was expected to pitch in and help out with them. Have also sat neighbors and friends animals as well as walked occasionally. I currently have a part time job at a restaurant but that’s not until around 4 so i’m looking for some side jobs monday thru friday this summer and possibly in the fall in the mornings just to get out of the house and make a little extra money. I think pets need some social time but they also need down and relaxing time so I think it’s important to give them a good mix of both.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and caring for them genuinely makes me happy. I’ve been around dogs and cats since I was young and currently have two dogs of my own, Sinclair my German Shepherd and Krypto my Lab, along with my two cats Marley and Ash. About: I have taken care of old dogs, young dogs, and family dogs, multiple animals at one time. I have cared for cats and fish. I would like the opportunity to watch a chicken… I currently have a very flexible schedule which allows me to best care for your animals. About: For as long as I can remember, I have grown up with both dogs and cats! I have been surrounded by them whether it be them being my own pets( or should I say my own family members because let’s face it, they are our family), my relatives house and even my neighbors house when babysitting. I know it can be hard leaving your fur baby alone, I just hope that I can make them and you comfortable! I am a full time teacher at Camp Lejeune! I work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm so I am available weekdays after 5:45 pm and then all weekend long. I take hour lunches so if in a nearby neighborhood I can let them out during the day or frequently on the weekends! In order to keep you and them at the most comfortable, I am able to house sit and take care of them in the comfort of your own home. I am 100% honest so that everyone has a happy, healthy and most importantly and safe stay!

About: Pets, specifically dogs, have been a part of my family since I was born. Love all animals and care for them deeply. Currently, I have 2 dogs and a cat. All my children! Even have tattoos of them to honor each one! In late 2022, I helped my 1st dog, Pearl, cross the Rainbow Bridge after 16 and a half years together. About: I have always been the one everyone goes to for animal care. Animals are driven to me. And when I come into somebody's home, the animals always sit with me or love up on me. I know how to take care of a variety of animals from dogs, cats, exotic animals, too farm animals. I have started watching pets on my own and have nothing but great reviews. I work for myself and I need a flexible schedule, as my son is autistic. He loves having animals around as well. I am a single mom and I love the fact that I can teach my son the appreciation for animals and what they bring into the home. When I am able to care for your pet in my home, they are able to socialize with my dog is well. He is very active. He is a lab pit mix. He is friendly and never had any issue with any other kind of animals. Your pet will also have more one on one care. When i do check ups at your home I'm only there for a short time and tend to get anxiety from being alone too long.
