Her puppy has been properly socialized, is becoming an excellent walker, receives lots of play time and cuddles. She is attentive of classic puppy behavior and always has a watchful eye on her dog to be sure that she's not eating anything dangerous or experiencing any health issues. She also has experience watching kids and dogs when she babysat in the past. The dog was older and even though her job was taking care of the kids she also had many good stories about them that included the dog. While living in Austin, Texas, a friend of hers would often drop her two adopted adult dogs at AnnaMay's home to watch while she traveled or worked. She treated these dogs like her own and they got lot's of play time in the yard, a huge water bowl outside so they were always hydrated, and of course lots of pets and love. She has years of experience and has the wisdom of a pet owner. She would be excellent with older, younger, more antisocial or any pet with special needs. AnnaMay is the perfect candidate for any pet sitting job, especially for dogs!”

About: Grew up in a household with 4 dogs, have pets of my own. Able to handle animals that need extra patience or have extra energy. Available in early morning until late afternoon. I usually work around the schedule of the needs of the family, making time for my remote job. I keep as much peace of mind for the animals as possible, taking into account their exercise needs as well as comfort while their family is away.

She spent a lot of time rubbing our dog’s belly, which is his happy place. In addition she was on top of defrosting a bone a day for him to chew on when she would be gone. She made it a priority to write reminders so she wouldn’t forget because she knew how important they were for him to feel joyful enough to wag his tail even when she left. Our cat is a love bug. Alexis carried him around the house with her as she did things and played with him with his toys. Our cat likes to sleep with us so why not Alexis as well? He would curl up in her neck and she would pet him until they both fell asleep. She said it was like having a fluffy scarf. We were impressed that Alexis met our dog and cat where they were and didn’t try to rock the boat from their routines and expectations of how things are supposed to go. She did an excellent job handling all the lamb chores of feeding, cleaning out their space, making sure they had enough water and putting them in at night. Alexis is incredibly responsible. She shows up on time. She is flexible when we had to change our schedule. She is conscientious and professional. We highly recommend her for being your pet caregiver.”

About: I’ve had atleast 3 dogs my whole entire life growing up. Even now we have 3 dogs. All of our dogs are professionally trained and we consider animals family. I like animals more than people. We recently lost our retired service dog due to cancer so this is to help fill the void of missing him and me being a stay at home mom now. I am happy to help with basic obedience. I take my dogs on a minimum mile walk every single day, regardless of the weather. I look forward to meeting your babies! I am currently a retired veteran as of October and am a full time stay at home mom to my two boys and 3 dogs. I love animals! I have a fenced in spacious yard (we have huskies and a German Shepard) so I understand the important of training and playing. I have 2 large crates and I’m happy to provide and abide by whatever routine you have.

About: I’ve grown up with pets my whole life! All our furbabies are extensions to my children, so I don’t only have 1 child I have 5! Anyone else’s pets will be spoiled in the same way! I am currently free on weekends but starting the second week of June I will have complete availability! With the exception of a couple weeks, I am at your command! I don’t have a fenced in yard but I have a large almost acre of land. We live in a quiet neighborhood that is tucked away from a main road. With my open availability, I can meet what ever need your pup has!
