“Michelle was a fantastic sitter for our Pepper. She provided daily updates and photos, and it was apparent that Pepper was enjoying his time with her. We highly recommend Michelle”

“Reagan took very good care of our girls. She sent pictures and updates and responded pretty quickly when I asked about them. Her home is non smoking so I didn’t have to worry about taking them to the groomer right away. Would definitely have her dog sit for us again if she’ll have us. lol. Thank you Reagan!”

“Was nervous to leave our 9-week-old kitten in a new place for a weekend, but he did great with Jordan! She sent us videos of him getting settled and was super quick to respond to texts before and during our kitten's stay. Definitely recommend!”

“Tianna was amazing and so sweet to our pup. She sent pictures and updates daily which helped me a lot throughout this whole process. Will definitely ask her again to watch our pupper! She's super patient and flexible which was great for our hectic schedule.”

“Our English Setter (Denver) stayed with Susan over Spring Break. Denver can be a stress bomb when away from his normal routine and environment. Susan did a great job settling him down and taking care of him. When we picked him up, he was in perfect health, calm and relaxed. We will definitely use Susan again if we return to the Emerald Isle area with Denver.”

About: I grew up with dogs as a kid. As an adult I’ve owned 2 dogs for a total of 4 years. The first I had for 3 years and had gotten him from a friend due to PCS. My current is a GSD that I got as an 8 week puppy who is currently over a year old that I trained myself. I currently work about 6-8 hours a day but have a short commute to work so if needed, I am able to check in on pets on a more frequent basis. I take my dog outdoors pretty frequently since he’s high energy whether it be on walks or for play in the yard. At least once a week, I take him somewhere public to work on his socialization and training with distractions. We train pretty frequently as well and have to say he does pretty well so if you’d like, I can assist in anything you’re trying to train. Disclaimer though, I’m not a professional trainer, only dogs I’ve trained are the ones I’ve owned. I live in a house with a pretty large fenced yard. I’m a big advocate for dogs getting activity, whether that’s physical like a walk or play outside or if it’s any kind of mental stimulation. My dog is crate trained and stays in his crate while I am not at home. I would prefer the same of your pet to ensure safety of your fur baby while I am away. Once I’m home, I allow my dog to free roam the house and will do the same for yours. My dog has been around several dogs and cats and is very friendly, social and playful, however, if needed, I have the ability to separate animals that don’t get along to ensure their safety. If there’s any questions on care I provide, please feel free to reach out! I’m pretty flexible and will do my best provide the care your pet is used to/needs.
“If I could give Danielle and her husband 10 stars I would. Our dog hurt his leg two days before we were to leave on a eight day cruise and she took great care of him, giving him his medicine and making sure he didn’t jump, go down/up stairs or play too hard which anyone knows is hard in itself with a dog. She offered to take him to the vet if he got worse and kept us updated every day. They are amazing honestly and we definitely will be using her going forward. If you are looking for a groomer she has her own grooming business as well called Hugz-N-Kisses Pet Spa definitely check her out!!!”

“Caitlin was amazing and took great care of my boy while I was away for the weekend. She sent pics & videos which were very much appreciated❤️ I will absolutely be reaching out again in the future :))”

About: As a Family I’ve been taking care of pets for over 40 years. We took in bunnies, parakeets, dogs, cats. Especially close to my heart are senior pets. I am retired but help out with school drop off and pick up for my grandkids and watch them when they are out of school. They are all pet lovers and respectful of pets. I have a fenced in backyard and an elderly dog who loves spending time with other dogs I also go to friends and relatives houses to take care of their pets.

About: What sets me apart is that I actually stick to your pet’s routine and pay attention to the little things. I also don’t mind helping taking care of exotic pets because I am trying to be an Exotics/Wildlife Veterinarian and have always had a passion for exotics, so I’ll be more than happy to help! I’ve helped with puppy training like potty reinforcing basic commands, but I am always willing to learn any crate training or potty training. I’m also comfortable with senior pups and making sure they get extra patience, slower walks, or medications if needed but I will need to learn how to administer your pup’s medication. I always send updates and photos so you know your pups are happy and taken care of. Pet care fits really well into my routine since I’m mostly available in the afternoons. I usually plan my classes and responsibilities earlier in the day, so afternoons are open for walks, drop-ins, feedings, and playtime. It works out great because I can give pets my full attention without feeling rushed, and I’m able to stay consistent with their schedule. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to their normal routine so they feel comfortable and stress-free. I follow feeding and walk schedules, give them plenty of attention, and respect their personality and space. I’m also very respectful of the home and always send updates and photos so owners feel confident while they’re away.

About: Since 2008, dogs haven't just been a hobby for me, they’ve been a way of life. My home is a place where professional experience meets family fun. Beyond nearly two decades of pet ownership, I spent six months immersive-training a service dog, which gave me a deep understanding of canine behavior, cues, and safety. I have a large, secure fenced-in backyard perfect for zoomies and sunbathing. My two 2-year-old female Aussiedoodles are social, energetic, and love making new friends. Plus, I have two children who have been raised to respect and love dogs, so your pup will get plenty of gentle affection and socialization. Whether your dog needs structured care or just a "home away from home" to lounge in, I’ve got them covered! Gemini said As a work-from-home professional, I provide a consistent and attentive environment where your dog is never just a guest, but a part of the daily rhythm. My own dogs are always by my side, and your pup will enjoy that same constant companionship throughout the day. Our routine is built around active engagement and comfort, starting with refreshing morning walks and plenty of dedicated playtime in my large, secure backyard. Between tasks, I make sure there is always time for games of fetch and afternoon snuggles on the sofa. Because I’m home nearly all day, I can offer the structured care, frequent potty breaks, and genuine affection that ensures every dog feels safe and settled. Safety and peace of mind are my top priorities. If your dog is crate trained, please bring their kennel along so they have a familiar, safe space to stay if I ever need to leave the house for a short period. You can also expect plenty of photos and regular updates from me throughout the stay, so you’ll always know your furry friend is having a great time.
About: I volunteer regularly at a local animal shelter and have fostered many pets through NC Seaside Animal Rescue. My dream is to turn my passion for pet sitting into a full time career because nothing brings me more joy than caring for animals. As a local elementary school educator, I’m a trusted and responsible caregiver. When I’m not caring for pets or teaching, you’ll often find me exploring local parks or volunteering at the shelter. I will send regulate pictures and text updates and I can’t wait to meet you and your furry family members! My schedule will be fully open for the next few months. All of my services will be avaliable morning, afternoon and night time. (Depending on what is needed)! When caring for pets in your home, I focus on maintaining their usual routine to keep them comfortable and happy. I follow your instructions carefully—feeding schedules, exercise, medication, and any special needs—while giving lots of love, attention, and playtime. I also keep your home safe and secure, and I provide regular updates with photos so you can relax knowing your pet is well cared for. If boarding your pet at my home, I create a calm and welcoming environment tailored to each pet’s personality. Since I don’t have pets of my own, your pet will have all the attention and space they need. I make sure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and affection, and I keep a close eye on their health and wellbeing throughout their stay. Whether in your home or mine, my priority is making sure your pet feels safe, loved, and cared for as if they were my own.
About: Hi I'm Jackia I'm new to this but I'm use to pets. I love animals. I like to take walks and go to the gym so I don't mind taking them on a walk. I've had a pet dog for 6 years now. Dogs are my favorite animal. I'm more of a dog person than a cat but I like cats too. I'm friendly and understanding and have patience. I have a passion for them and I would love to be able to spend time with him during my free time. One of my friends told me about this because she's knew I would enjoy it. I'm excited to meet some new friends. If you need me to help with anything else or have any questions let me know.
“Edwina and her family took in my two German Shepherds and integrated them into their family like they were their own when I was traveling out of town for work for two days. Edwina sent regular updates and photos, and she gave one of my dogs their oral medication with no issue. One of my dogs gets anxious during storms, and there were a few storms while I was away unfortunately. They provided her extra comfort and allowed her to follow them around so that she felt more comfortable. It made my trip that much easier to know they were being taken care of!”
