We reached out to Rachel because she was so close to our home we felt it would be convenient for both our dogs as well as her if she needed to tend to her own needs. She also worked at our vet and was comfortable giving medication to dogs since our greyhound takes several meds in the morning and evening and this went well. He responded promptly and was more than willing to come by for a meet and greet, which immediately put us at ease.
