Minnie is super shy and tends to stay under the bed and not come out for anybody, but Alexis has been doing an amazing job of coaxing her out. On one visit, she even had Minnie purring and out in the living room, which is quite an accomplishment. Alexis took care of all Minnie's needs and even took her food bowl closer to her hiding spot on those visits when she was not going to come out. About: I have owned breeds from Yorkies to Saint Bernards. I have no breed prejudice. I have experience with Rottweilers, pit bulls, bulldogs, etc. so I have no problem caring for the breeds others may not be comfortable with. I worked for a pet store for a while so I have experience handling multiple dogs at a time, specifically young puppies so I can handle a challenge! I have experience giving medications, grooming/bathing, nail trimming, walking. I am currently a stay at home mom to a toddler, So the majority of my day is open to provide services! Mainly during the day between 8:30-3:00 but can be available for evenings as well. I put your animals safety as well as my own first. I understand some animals need specific routine and will follow your directions very strictly. “Chelsea and her family are awesome. They treat your furbaby as theirs and gives them lots of cuddles and exercise. We had a very busy and hectic schedule during our visit with family up in the York/Hanover area, Chelsea worked with us each day on our drop off and pick up times which allowed us to spend time with our grandkids without being rushed or stressed about our furbaby Rascal. We were updated with text and pictures from Chelsea each day she had Rascal. One of our concerns was Rascal doesn't like being crated and Chelsea let us up front she doesn't crate dogs. She allows them to be on her furniture and has dog beds for them to lay on as well. She takes them out for walks and potty breaks and Rascal seems extremely happy when he was with Chelsea and her family. If we lived in the area we would use Chelsea again and again. We are very grateful to have found Chelsea for our furbaby Rascal, she was so good to him. We highly recommend you choosing Chelsea to watch your furbaby.”

I stop directly after work (6 pm is quitting time) back at your house, then return to spend the night after feeding my own dog. I provide routine meal times, potty breaks, litter clean-up, medications as needed, treats as positive reinforcement, play time, cuddles, walks and other exercise, and if your pets are used to sleeping in your bed, they are welcome to do the same with me! I do all of this in your home so your best bud doesn't have to stress about too many changes while they are missing you. While Rover's pricing is set up on a per dog fee schedule, I cap charges at $80 per night and $40 per drop in or walk, regardless of the number of pets in your household. In the Rover app, I must modify your booking to be able to do that. I work full-time 9:30am -6pm, Monday -Friday in York, Pa, so I limit my service area during the week to areas between York and New Oxford. I can serve a larger area such as Gettysburg and Dillsburg on weekends. I adhere carefully to client directions about medication, supervision, feeding, and exercise. I want dogs to keep their usual routine as much as possible, and owners to rest assured their treasured pets are cared for as they would. I’m Mags (Rover requires me to use my legal name) and I love all animals I have been passionate about dogs ever since I was a child but because experienced working with dogs and cats (and some bunnies) while working for the Humane Society of Memphis and Shelby County. I was a veterinarian assistant for one year and then became an adoptions Manager for three years. This was the most fulfilling experience of my adult life, being able to help animals and the community daily. I recently lost my closest companion, Xander, about a month ago. He was 13 years old and I had him since he walked into the humane society at two months old. Through him I gained even more experience with aging dogs, medical care and many behavioral changes as he aged. While using positive reinforcement training we navigated 6 military moves, life adaptions to aging and the introduction of two kittens. I will take all this experience and use it to provide the same amount of love an attention for you furry family members as I did for Xander. I am currently employed part time and have many days free as well as can stay over night or board animals in my home. I have a very flexible schedule and am happy to work with any client’s schedule as needed. I currently only have two cats in my home, so I’m able to provide boarding for cat friendly animals. I have a fenced in back yard and am usually not gone from the house for more than four hours. I also am available for staying over nights at clients houses for a more comfortable experience for everyone in the family.
About: I have had experience with all types of animals my entire life i grew up taking care of my dog widget since i was 7 me and my dog would go to pet training class as well. As my dog had gotten older me and my family had changed our routine and home life to accommodate to my best buds last days so he would be comfortable. I also grew up pet sitting for my aunt and still do.I have owned cats and dogs as well as some smaller rodents. Pet care fits into my daily and weekly schedule because i currently don’t have work and i am studying to become a tattoo artist my day consists of drawing and studying tattooing. i love to drive around so far drives to pet sit will not bother me what so ever!! About: Hi! I live in a big home with lots of space for long walks and play space for your pet! I have a large fenced back yard and I have plenty of space for your furbaby at my house. While I do not have any pets currently, I have had dogs and other animals all my life (30 years). I have a lot of experience with them in many capacities. I have experience with senior dogs as well. About: I've been around animals my whole life. From the littlest of fish, to the largest of cows and other farm animals! I have 3 dogs of my own, two Colorado mountain dogs and a medium pittie mix. I also have 4 geckoes (2 leopards, a giant Madagascar day gecko, and my newest boy, a harlequin crested gecko!). I've dog-sat little dogs, big dogs, disabled and elderly dogs, as well as young pups and households with multiple animals! I will give you the best care, whether it be for your pets, home, or more! Right now I work part-time at a bakery on Sundays, and I am also a full-time college student! Thankfully, my schedule is very flexible and my attention will solely be on your furry friends. I always make sure to keep my client's homes clean and organized, and pay special attention to any extra tasks I'm giving, such as watering plants (I have dozens of plant babies!), changing the temperature, emptying dehumidifiers, and retrieving packages. Anything you need, I will do to the best of my abilities! I like to update my clients daily on their pets to ease their mind.

About: What makes my pet sitting a little bit different is that my lab can come with me. I know how much some dogs love to have a playmate, so I thought I would bring that experience. Of course, I understand every dog is different. Before any stay, I would want to make sure our dogs are comfortable together and bringing Koda is a positive experience.
