My Chihuahua, who is notably sociable and friendly, enjoys interacting with other dogs, cats, and people alike. Resident Pets In addition to my Chihuahua, I share my home with two cats that I rescued from the local animal shelter. Both cats are well-adjusted and accustomed to living with dogs. Typically, after a brief introduction consisting of a few sniffs and perhaps a hiss, they are able to coexist peacefully with other cats. I can easily crate your dog if needed. My cats ignore dogs that don't want to play. If your dog dislikes cats, I am able to separate their living areas while your dog is on-site.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for different family members and friends. Your animals would get plenty of attention and love with me. I wake up at 6 am. My week days vary from having class from 9-11 MWF, Tuesday at 2, and Thursday at 11. I live off campus about 3 minutes away, so I can easily check in/take out the pets. I do not have a fenced in yard, but there is plenty of grass and a park within walking distance. I am more comfortable walking with a leash unless there is a fenced in yard. My apartment has 1 roommate and plenty of space for dogs/cats to roam or lay down.

“Sophia was absolutely wonderful! She stayed in our home with our 2 dogs and 1 cat while we were away for 10 days. She is dependable, responsible and trustworthy, she was also very easy going with all of our pets wants and needs. She sent us updates and photos regularly and was quick to respond to our messages we sent to her. Our cat and dogs were well taken care of and so very happy while we were gone. Our home was also very well taken care of, she collected our mail and took out the trash. We will be using Sophia again in the future for drop ins and in home stays.”

Even though we admittedly have a very detailed list of instructions, he did an amazing job remembering all the little things and checking in regularly with messages and photos throughout his stay. He was also incredibly respectful of our home, leaving everything exactly as we left it. He even went above and beyond by offering to clear our driveway after an unexpected snowfall. About: I have several years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals. I am currently pursuing my education to become a veterinary technician, with the long-term goal of becoming a veterinarian. I also recommend that clients leave detailed care instructions, as every pet has unique needs, routines, and preferences.
