From taking care of our own pack of 3 dogs to helping family and friends, we have 20 yrs of experience caring for animals and giving lots of snuggles My wife and I share pet sitting duties and can work afternoon visits into our normal work days. Both of us work from home so we have some flexibility to make visit time frames work. We crate all of our dogs when not home and support this as a dogs safe space to relax. We also are familiar with giving medication.

As a newbie to Rover - I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect but as soon as I met Leilani I was at ease for her to watch our dog and cat while we were on vacation. Having 2 slightly older pets - she was so great ensuring they were comfy and taken care of. She provided great updates and even made sure the plants were watered. I’d recommend her to anyone who is still on the “fence” - book with Leilani 😊

Wow Leilani and Jessie went absolutely above and beyond while taking care of our two cats while we were out of the country. From the moment our cats met Leilani we knew she was a cat lover! They took so many photos and provided constant communication, photos, and updates. And best of all we felt good about enjoying our vacation knowing our cats were well taken care of. And to top it all off when we returned our home was spotless!
Have a small concern. When we got home the following morning after your visit, there was no dry food in Minnie's bowl and the water level was done to about 1/2 inch. The only thing we can think is that Minnie was full of anxiety and just ate and drank everything. To make sure that doesn't happen again, In the future we would love it if you could fill both bowls just before you leave at the end of your visits, whether that be morning visit, evening visit, or both. Minnie is very slow to warm up and is likely very scared and nervous about us leaving her. We will try the approach of filling both bowls at the conclusion of all future visits and see how that works out. Thanks.
Lani was an absolute dream to work with! She took such great care of our kitties while we were away for a week and they were so relaxed and happy when we returned. She was consistent with her visits and always sent lots of photos. She brought our packages in as well! Couldn't ask for a better caretaker for our girls.
