“Cristina took fantastic care of our two cats! She stayed for a lot of time which made me feel good because they were getting socialized and made it clear that she wasn’t just showing up and rushing out the door. She was very responsive to any communications and very accommodating!”

“Eleanor went completely above and beyond to take care of my cats! One of my cats is a too smart for his own good, and he ended up getting into a specific cabinet for the first time and eating a whole bag of treats. Eleanor found a way to keep him out of that cabinet, and she also spent extra time with him to make sure he wasn't having any digestive problems. She's also super knowledgeable about cats and was so communicative with me the whole time I was gone!”

“Our house is a bit challenging with multiple cats, birds, and fish. Lori did a great job taking care of everyone and making sure we didn’t come home to a huge mess of cat barfs etc on the floors! She was also able to successfully navigate the alarm system—something past sitters have not been able to do. Our house was kept safe and everyone was well cared for.”

“Laura was wonderful! She's extremely experienced, capable, competent, and knowledgable. My little guy (Julius, a cat) usually has bad separation anxiety, but he did wonderfully with Laura when she stayed in my apartment with him for two weeks. I highly recommend Laura as a sitter for any animal!”

“Anibet was really great with our cat Nilo. Asked questions before the stay to find the best way to take care of him and sent daily pics and messages so we could check on him. She is very kind and will be booking again with her in the future!”

“Mary took care of my dog (boarding) and my cat (drop in visits) over two weeks while I traveled abroad and she goes above and beyond! Absolutely recommend her. My pets love her and it was so nice to have someone I can trust with my fur babies when I needed help.”

“Jessica was a great sitter! She dropped in on Pepper twice while I was away for a day and fed her and cuddled with her and provided exceptional care, following my directions well and sending pictures of Pepper enjoying her food and cuddles. I really appreciate it, thank you!”

“Celestine did a fabulous job caring for my two cats this past weekend. They took good care of them, kept them company, fed them, and cleaned up two messes they made. I really appreciated Celestine's care and would definitely hire them again.”

“Rebecca was a great sitter! She was super prompt with photos and check-ins and even offered to help out with the kitties’ making a little mess while i was out of town! I really appreciated that she was able to fit me in last minute and was so thorough despite that.”

Currently self-employed running my grooming business. I have plenty of time to walk, board, and check up on pets at anytime. I am very flexible. About: I am a former dog owner and current cat mom. Growing up, we had a 100 lb Labrador that I was responsible for feeding, and walking. He could pull too! Now, I help out with my grandma’s chihuahua and I have a sweet cat, Brick. I am new to being a sitter, however, I love all animals and have cared for a variety of different fur-legged friends. I currently work remotely which allows me plenty of flexibility with my day. My apartment is too small for a dog, so I am really looking forward to being able to spend time taking care of dogs while helping out their owners. I look forward to walking and playing with your dog to help them expend their energy while you are away. I am very good with time management, so they will always be fed on time. I am not afraid of a little tussle, so I they need to go to the vet for any reason, I can easily have them in the crate and ready to go.

“We back home! Very glad we found Stefani! We felt care about our two cats. Stefani sent us pictures every feeding time. Next time will decide to go somewhere will ask her again. She is responsible and kind! Thank you Stefani from me and my husband.”

About: I love walks, movies, reading and hiking - especially with dogs and cats! Looking to give out some belly rubs and help my community take care of their furry family members I work a hybrid work schedule so I have lots of time spent at home and looking to go for some walks! Sometimes I work at a restaurant at night, but I am incredibly flexible. Well Jazzy steals my pillows and my bed, has a set feeding schedule, and expects dog park dates every weekend - so her will is my command lol she gets dog treats whenever she’s a good girl and new dog toys after they get destroyed (which is too often for my pockets - hence a new part time needed).

About: I love how each individual pet has their own personality. I know how much pets mean to each family and I know I am capable of caring them like their own pawrents. I currently work as a full timer hybrid schedule. I do go to office on Thursdays but that’s about it. I can be there for pets any other day including weekends! I have a fenced in backyard and I do have my own pet. She’s a senior pupper who’s 15 but she’s thriving and acts like a puppy still. Fenced in back yard is huge for us because she can roam freely as she pleases and will allow for other pets to safely roam in between walk breaks!

About: I’ve taken care of my family’s pets. Whenever they went of vacation, unable to walk they’re fury friend, or dr appointments. I love them all so much and treat them like my own! I work part-time. I’m very flexible which noticed with time. If it’s last minute I will always find a way to make it work. I’m very understandable I would try to get their trust, be playful, and try to make them feel very comfortable with me since we’re going to be around each other for some time

About: Hi there! I was previously a volunteer at an animal shelter, worked with didabled animals, and fostered several animals helping them find forever homes. I have a true passion for animals and enjoy being around all kinds of pets! Furry members of the family are important and should be treated as such! I am comfortable with all size dogs as well as cats and exotic animals. I would love to help you take care of your fur babies!! I enjoy being outside and going for long walks/hikes but am willing to assist in any way you need. I will gladly work around both of our schedules to accommodate your needs! I am more available in the morning and evenings but can switch things around if necessary. I keep dogs active and loved while parents are away and have no issues with keeping up with your usual schedule so their routine isn’t thrown off.

About: I have a 5 year old dog myself who I have trained and I take care of many family and friends pets and taken care of needs such as walking, feeding, bathing and playing. I have a part time job I work from time to time but I am available most days after 12pm including weekends and weekdays and can frequently check on pets. I have a fenced in backyard and love to walk and playing with animals. I have a dog of my own that I love to play with and see happy.

New Brunswick cat parents share their Rover experiences
Thalia is incredibly caring, reliable, and attentive. I don’t go away often, so it's always a little stressful for all of us, but knowing she was there to check on my boys gave me so much peace of mind. She went above and beyond caring for them, showing so much patience and understanding, especially with my more sensitive boy, Oz. She was super responsive and communicative the whole time, always checking in and sending thoughtful updates. She also stayed on top of giving them their medication, which really eased my stress. It was clear she genuinely cared, and I came home to happy, relaxed cats. I’m so grateful for the love and attention Thalia gave them. Can’t recommend her enough!

Erin is absolutely wonderful. I recently went away for a few days, which I don’t do often, so it was a bit stressful for both me and my cats. Erin handled everything with such care and patience, and her thoughtful updates after each visit really helped put my mind at ease. She’s been watching my boys for a while now, and I trust her completely with their care, including their medications. She’s incredibly attentive, reliable, and always goes above and beyond. I truly can’t recommend her enough; she does an exceptional job every single time!

If you’re looking for someone to care for your beloved pets as if they were his own, look no further than Gary! He recently took care of my Russian Blue cat, Zoey, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Not only did Gary ensure Zoey had fresh food and water at all times, but his cleanup was immaculate—everything was spotless when I returned! What truly amazed me, though, was the way Zoey connected with him. She’s usually very shy, but she completely opened up to Gary in a way I’ve rarely seen. His gentle demeanor and natural connection with animals are truly special. He even introduced some herbal care that seemed to relax and soothe her. If you want peace of mind knowing your pets are in the best possible hands, Gary is your go-to. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for animals are unmatched. Trust me—your furry friends will thank you!

Willow took such great care of our two cats. He was very patient with our anxious girl and went above and beyond to help her get comfortable with him. He was very attentive and played with both girls so they didn’t feel as stressed while we were away. And he sent pictures and a report every visit, so we knew they were in good hands. We’ll definitely ask him to take care of them again!
