About: I've been taking care of animals of all kinds since I was a child. I love seeing animals and their owners happy! Getting exercise, enrichment and socializing are a huge source of joy in a dog's life. I personally have certificates in different styles of dog training and obedience and love teaching the basics. I enjoy learning about canine behavior, nutrition, and overall health. I'm starting to learn more about grooming basics as well! What I love most is walking with dogs and showing them the world. About: While working in a professional environment at Jill's Pet Resort, I was entrusted with the care of a variety of pets. All sizes, breeds and personalities. I developed personal relationships with frequent visitors and treated them all as if they were my own. Within the environment I worked, I was exposed to all facets of pet care to include first aid, cleaning and providing food. This is my dedicated activity and is priority. I work solely to provide care for the pets of owners. I have no conflicts that would interfere with this goal. I live with 2 dogs, 3 birds and care for 6 tanks of fish. I have cared for my own dogs by taking them to parks for exercise or watching over them while in my fenced in back yard. I have cleaned up after accidents and also picked up after them in the yard to make sure the environment they live in is as clean as possible. I feed all my pets on a schedule to include the fish. Understanding the importance of schedules is not foreign to me. I have walked my pets while leashed and have taken them out of the home for socialization.
About: I have always had animals in my life and taken care of my own animals and friends/relatives animals, including dogs,cats, bunnies, Guinea pigs, and birds! I grew up on a small farm, and I really enjoyed taking care of friends pets growing up. About: I have lots of experience with a variety of animals, including cats, dogs, and fish. I have own two dogs currently- Dude & Sadie. They are my world! I am accustomed to long walks and lots of fun activities since most of the dogs I've cared for were high-energy. I also have experience with caring for multiple pets at the same time! My favorite part about pet-sitting is getting to know each pet's unique personality. Right now I work Monday through Friday but I am available weekends. I am open to coming over in the evening after work as well! While I cannot host your pet in my home, I am more than happy to accommodate you by driving out to your location. I find that pet-sitting in your own home allows your pet to enjoy comfort and safety while still receiving excellent care and attention. If you have a preferred dog park, I have plenty of room in my car for your pets to take them to the park!
