1. Kathy T.
“Kathy is a very kind and caring person. She loves animals especially cats and dogs. She has had several over the many decades I’ve known her. I remember how much she enjoyed working at a pet daycare in the past. She has a lot of fun taking her two dogs to the dog park and the pool. I absolutely 100% have no hesitation recommending her for a pet care position.”
2. Victoria M.
“Victoria is knowledgeable and caring, and my dog really enjoyed his walk with her. I recommend her 100%!”

“Kristin is an amazing and caring person. She has one of the biggest hearts and very responsible. She never cuts corners and very efficient with communication. She has looked after my fur babies countless times and has always been awesome about pictures, updates, etc. I would whole heartedly encourage anyone looking for their pets to be treated with the upmost care and love to check out Kristin!”
5. Beth R.
“Beth has always been an animal lover. Even as a child she had several pets to care for. She's known as someone you can count on to tend your pets while on vacation, etc. Beth also tames feral cats and has done so for me as well as finding homes for unwanted cats and dogs. Quite versatile, she has even tended birds for people. She's reliable, intelligent, very responsible and a high energy type of person.”
6. Allison Z.
“Allison is the best! This was my first time using Rover as a pet owner and I definitely plan on using Allison again. I just rescued Maya three weeks ago and was a little nervous but Allison came for a meet and greet and I immediately felt at ease and knew I could trust Maya with her. She was very thorough and attentive with Maya and took some great pictures too that I might have to get framed!”
7. Ashley M.
“Ashley, has been our pet sitter for close to 12 years! She's also the one that gives them their bubble baths, trims their nails. In all seriousness she is great with our dogs and cat. When we go out of town she comes, picks up the dogs and takes them home with her. Our cat she comes in daily and feeds, cleans litter box.... But she also gives them lots of love and attention... and let's them know we will be back home soon. She also can give meds to your critters when your out of town. Ok she's the best here in New Bern NC.”
8. Jeff P.
“Jeff has a dog, and 2 cats. He's a great "dad." He has taken care of my cat, Butterscotch. Jeff can be relied on to give care and attention to your four footed friends.”
9. Zara R.
“As long as I’ve known Zara she has done nothing less than express the highest level care for all animals. She exhibits an extreme level of enthusiasm for all of man best friend's. Every week she volunteers with colonial capital humane society helping the less fortunate animals. Even working at a veterinary hospital striving to learn everything she can about every animal there is. I have no doubt in my mind that whatever pet be placed in the care of Zara would receive nothing but the best.”
10. Makenna S.
“Makenna is a very trustworthy person. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of dog care. Most importantly she is a dog lover and will take wonderful care of your pet.”
11. Allie S.
“Allie has such a compassionate heart for animals. She has adopted a shelter dog and she is her life. Allie becomes very involved to ensure that all dogs are treated fair and with respect. On her way back to college one year, she pulled over on a 2 lane road and called the owner. The owner came and met her to get his dog. Even after a couple of years, he texted her that he could never forget the compassion she had for his dog and the mission she was on to locate him, the owner never leaving the dog and waiting for him to come. She is a respectable, young woman that loves all animals and is very responsible in feeding, walking, playing, and loving on animals even if it is not her dog. She is very honest and trustworthy.”
12. Tiffeny Y.
“Tiffeny took very good care of our picky dog. We appreciate her taking time to come over before the weekend for a meet and greet.”
13. Alexandra M.
“Alexandra was great! She had great communication and was on time for both of the scheduled walks. She handled our larger sized dogs very well!”

17. Kelsey T.
“I’ve worked with Kelsey for the past 5 years. During that time I watched her foster and then adopt her “Peggy”. She takes excellent care of her dog and provides a great home with a fenced in back yard. I’m not surprised about her knowledge of dogs since I know she was a vet assistant before becoming an RN. More important is that I would trust her to care for my furbabbies anytime.”
18. Madison G.
“To start off she left our home just as she found it (if not cleaner). Our fur baby loved her, she made it a priority to play with our fur baby and give her bathroom breaks. She was very responsible and responded very quick and clearly to all of our questions and made sure to send plenty of pictures. Highly recommended!!!”

About: I’ve had a variety of pets since I was 6, hamsters, fish, chickens, horses, dogs, and cats. My feline companion of 15 years hates being held, which is why she looks tortured in our photo together, but she’s been with me through a lot. Most recently, I’ve gained a Great Dane shadow. He’s attached to my hip, but brings me so many laughs and so much joy. I’m currently working part-time elsewhere, so my hours are flexible. I don’t need much notice, but I appreciate as many details of your needs in the first communication so I can know exactly what to expect and get back to you in a timely manner. I look forward to meeting you! I’m not offering in-home pet care at this time, but I’m open to any inquires. Just let me know what you need and I’ll see what I can do.
