About: I have extensive professional experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals. I recently reactivated my Rover profile to expand my network since relocating! I’m skilled and intuitive about animal emotional and physical needs and have many references to offer. In addition to professional animal care, I took care of my beloved special needs cat Tails until he passed away at a very elderly age in 2023. My experience includes caring for senior animals and animals that require special care and/or medication. I have some light experience caring for farm animals (sheep, chickens) and would be comfortable learning more. In my other work, I teach kids, make music, and for many years was a medical caregiver to adult humans. Please contact me to arrange the timing of the care your pet needs. We will discuss your needs and schedule and work it out precisely. My schedule is different at different times of the year because of the nature of my other work as a musician and independent music lessons teacher. Regardless, I do about 60% of my work from home, online - and so when I housesit and stay overnight with your animals, I am able to be there for them the majority of the time and accommodate lots of walks, medication times, and whatever else you may need me to take care of for them during the day. I only offer care for pets in your home, and unfortunately cannot board animals in my own home at this time. I take the utmost care and caution while being a temporary companion for your animals. I require that all of the families I pet sit for leave adequate emergency contact information, such as vet info and emergency contact info if you will be out of cell phone range. A NOTE ABOUT BIG DOGS: Lately I have been getting a lot of requests for big dog care, which I absolutely love! However, please note that I am a 5’3” lady and therefore best suited to care for big dogs with a fair bit of training under their belts. I unfortunately cannot accommodate big dogs who are frequent jumpers. If you know this is true of your dog, I’m not the best fit. I also, unfortunately, cannot accommodate sleeping in the same room as big dogs or sleeping with them in the bed. Even though I love them! I’m just a light sleeper. Thanks for understanding. 90% of my big dog bookings are a perfect fit.

About: I was a dog walker back in college and loved getting to see my animal friends on a regular basis. I have more experience with adult and senior dogs but I can’t say no to a puppy! 🫶 I’m available usually after 10am and can drop in anytime. I can be busy on afternoons during the weekends but I’m mostly around to help. Very flexible and am willing to work with you on the best care for your loved one. About: I've taken care of street dogs of my childhood neighborhood and now I'm the proud father of 2 beautiful girls. I have an affinity for dogs but cats seem to have an affinity for me 😂. I LOVE walking the dogs as it is a treat for me as well. Can't wait to meet your loved one! I'm available full time and I am ready to work with you and your schedule! About: My name is Secret. I am 31 and was a vet assistant for 5 years before medical issues forced me to stop working in vet offices. I've had animals my whole life, with and without medical issues so I'm skilled at giving medicine and injections. I currently have 2 german shepherd mixes that love making new friends. One is very energetic and pmayful and does best with dogs who love to play. In my free time I love to walk the dogs on pur 10 acre property or down to the creek we have, read, write, go to the ocean, and camp. And of course anything involving animals! About: People often say I have a way with animals. They always seem drawn to me immediately, even when they are wary of others. I feel honored that animals feel this way about me because I feel the same about them! I have cared for many dogs of all sizes as well as owned cats. I have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand that has many disabled dogs as well as fostered cats/kittens here at home. I have a big fenced yard with both grass and forest to run and play. I don’t have multiple dogs staying with me at one time ( unless discussed in advance) so your baby will get all the attention. Although I will never replace you, I can provide love and safety until you return (and probably some treats and adventures too!) I'm currently not working and can dedicate my time to pet/house sitting and care. As you can see from my photo gallery, I love all animals and have volunteered at a dog rescue in Thailand, fostered kittens at home, and have seen very cool animals in the wild and at animal rescues/sanctuaries around the world. (I always vet them to make sure they are ethical and doing legit work) I have a large fenced yard and indoor space for cats or dogs. We have plenty of shade and are also willing to take pets with us on outings. I live with my husband and son and they also love and respect animals. As far as caring for pets at someone else's home, I can stay at your house or check in as often as needed. I will play with them, feed them, bathe them, take them places (if requested) and give them love. I know they miss their people and its not the same without you, but I do my best to make them feel safe and comfortable.

He was very professional in the fact that even though most would have brought their own dog to this event, he showed up alone and even provided the transportation to the trail. I’ve been a dog sitter on many occasions for friends and on recommendation; long and short term stays. (All of which I've had at some point) I have also worked for a rescue charity for 7+ years which resulted in having learned basic and emergency care, as well as administration of medication. I open to the special needs & care of your beloved pet from all ages. Each pet is individually unique when it comes to specific pet care, so I will work diligently with owners to best understand their pet. I have 1 spayed female 8 y/o Shepherd/Husky mix who is well tempered, a lead sled dog, well socialized to keep your pet company(friendly with both dogs & cats).
