About: I’ve always had a love for animals and understand that every pet has their own personality and routine. I take the time to get to know each pet so they feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while you’re away. Whether it’s playtime, walks, cuddles, or simply keeping them company, I treat every pet like they’re my own. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your furry family member is in loving, reliable hands. As a college student, I don’t have the time to have a pet of my own right now, so pet sitting is the perfect way for me to spend time with animals while helping other pet owners. I genuinely enjoy caring for pets, whether that means going on walks, playing, or simply keeping them company. Pet care fits well into my schedule, and I love being able to give pets the attention and care they deserve while their owners are away. I primarily provide care in my clients’ homes because I believe pets are happiest and most comfortable in their familiar environment. I follow each pet’s normal routine, including feeding, walks, playtime, medication (if needed), and lots of love and attention. I also make sure their home stays clean and secure while they’re away. If I care for a pet in my own home, I’ll provide a safe, calm, and pet-friendly environment where they receive plenty of supervision, exercise, and affection.

About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a toddler. I have fostered, pet sat for friends and family many times and recently lost my own dog of 13 years. I recently retired and miss having a pup in my life. I’m available and flexible for daily walks as well as able to provide boarding in my home. I am very attentive and loving toward all fur babies. I’m a firm believer that exercise and interactive play is essential in developing a bond with each pup.

About: Retired from workforce, former military, active person, daily walks with our dogs—neighborhood, parks, trails. Worked with certified dog trainer for our two dogs. Time on my hands. I am retired and have plenty of time when not playing with our own two dogs and exercising. They are the center of our lives. We have a fenced in back yard for our dogs. Since I am retired, and my wife works part time, I spend most of my time with our dogs. We will not bring client’s pets to our home nor will my wife be a caretaker.

About: II’ve loved animals my whole life and have a natural gift for connecting with them—especially cats! I have extensive experience with medical care, including giving injections, liquid medications, and complex pill schedules. I also previously held a Groomer’s License in Colorado, so I am very comfortable handling pets of all sizes and temperaments. I’ve cared for animals with everything from broken limbs to chronic diseases, so your pet is in very capable hands." I moved to Elizabethton just before Thanksgiving to be with my parents and I became the primary caregiver for my father, who has dementia. It’s a responsibility I’m proud to take on. Getting out of the house to walk, play with, and fall in love with your pets is exactly what I need to stay balanced. Since I manage my dad’s daily tasks, I have a very flexible schedule and the time to truly focus on your fur-babies. I’m looking for that 'pet therapy' a reason to get out and about just as much as your pets are looking for a loving caregiver. I’ll be there whenever you need me to even in short notice! Safety and trust are my top priorities. When I am in your home, I am respectful of your space and extremely vigilant about door safety and environment hazards. I am honest about my capabilities; I would never attempt a medical or care task if I wasn't 100% confident I could do it safely. My vehicle is also set up for safety, with plenty of room and when needed a leash that conect to their collar or harness then buckes to the backseat so your pets are secure while we are on the go.

About: Animals just relax around me. I’ve worked with many pet owners who are apprehensive to leave their pets with anyone due to the pet’s nervous temperaments, and other various quirks, and every single time the animals have surprised their owners by completely settling in with me. I prioritize play, love, and connecting with each individual pet I watch however they specifically need. I’ve looked after animals of all breeds, ages, & temperaments- from anxious & fussy older pets to energetic young puppies. I have experience administering medications to sick animals, hand feeding injured puppies, walking several pets at once, and managing dogs & cats that are a bit wild. I’ve even cared for lizards, turtles, fish, plants (haha), hamsters, birds, & rabbits. Whatever their needs, I will make sure they feel safe, loved, & at home while they’re with me. I am a potter who works from my home studio, and I make my own schedule- so I can generally be flexible and accommodate your pets needs. I love having pets in my home, and breaking away from my studio to get some fresh air and puppy/kitty love too! If I’m working on a big project, it’s nice to have to flexibility to come and go from my studio when possible, or have your pet there with me- but I have worked out all kinds of house sit/drop in/boarding arrangements according to the needs of clients and their pets. Let’s talk! I live in a peaceful home with a large fenced in backyard, and nice quiet streets to walk with your pet as needed. About: I have gained experience dog sitting for friends and neighbors as early as elementary school! I love all animals from chickens to frogs, cats, and dogs! I'm a college athlete, so I will work around my school and practice schedule! Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays will be the best days for me! About: Hi! I'm Megan! As a former Kennel/Vet Tech with Vet Tech schooling and growing up with dogs, cats, horses and chickens, I have always had a special bond and connection to animals. I have experience with all kinds of different breeds and personalities! My husband, Josh, and I live in our camper van, so we are able to provide constant care for your pets while you're away. When you book us for overnight sits, we take care of your pets and stay in your home as a team of professional petsitters. Josh works remotely in IT, and I work some weekends in the wedding industry, so with no physical, daily job to go to and no house/pets of our own to check on, we are able to spend a significant amount of our time taking care of your pets. A bonus of our luxury care is that your pets will get double the love and attention from us throughout the day; our goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible and for them to hardly know you're gone! Living in a van and working remotely comes with so much flexibility for us and our Rover clients. Pet parents value the level of care we're able to provide with our nomadic lifestyle. Petcare is my full-time job, so when you book us for a housesit, that is my main priority. While I'm the main caretaker, Josh learns about your pets' care needs and helps out a ton as well, especially if I have to work a wedding or I need to do drop-ins/dog walks. About: I have over 45 yrs of experience in pet care. I was a dog trainer (now partially retired), owned my own pet sitting business for many years, fostered/adopted many rescues and I currently volunteer at and support several rescues. Animals are my heart and soul and I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I'm currently working part time and I will make myself available for your pet 24/7 whether it's late night potty trips outside or long walks during the day. About: My family have always owned at least 4 dogs at a time and growing up it was our responsibility as kids to care for them. We would brush them, walk them, feed them, and bath them. I recently graduated with an MBA from East Tennessee State University and I’m working full time as a marketing manager for Ballad Health Medical Associates. I work 3 in days in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and work 2 days remotely Monday and Friday. My job is 2 minutes from my home so I would be able to check on your dog during lunch or check on them at your place. For this reason I don’t accept house sitting on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday that are more than 10 miles away. They will have my attention at all time.
