About: Dogs have been a huge part of my life since I was a toddler. I have fostered, pet sat for friends and family many times and recently lost my own dog of 13 years. I recently retired and miss having a pup in my life. I’m available and flexible for daily walks as well as able to provide boarding in my home. I am very attentive and loving toward all fur babies. I’m a firm believer that exercise and interactive play is essential in developing a bond with each pup.

About: I have cared from chronically ill dogs, puppies, senior, and aggressive animals. I am willing to put in the effort to come to a solution that works for both of us! Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide reliable visits, walks, drop-ins, or overnight care throughout the week. I enjoy spending time with animals, so I make sure every pet gets plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection while sticking to their normal routine as closely as possible. I’m committed to being dependable, communicative, and making sure every pet feels safe and comfortable while you’re away. I always tailor my care to each pet’s individual routine and needs. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or in a client’s home, I follow feeding schedules, provide fresh water, make sure they get the appropriate amount of exercise and playtime, and give them plenty of affection and attention. I also keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel confident their pet is happy and well cared for. I treat every home with respect, keep things clean and organized, and prioritize each pet’s safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.

About: Throughout middle and high school I was a local dog sitter to several different families in my neighborhood. Now, I spend my time volunteering at the local animal shelter or pet sitting. I currently am in graduate school at Appalachian State. I am only in class Monday and Tuesdays and the rest of the week I work part time at a school. I’m able to come home in between classes to spend time with pets and let them outside. I care for pets like I would my own! I make sure that they have everything they need for their happiness and wellbeing. Dogs and cats get especially anxious when their owners leave, so I understand the importance of giving them extra love and care!

About: I have grown up with all sizes and ages of dogs from an elderly black Lab to a baby Maltese Shitzu. I love all types of animals and have pet-sat for many people, including coworkers, neighbors, and roommates. I am a recent graduate of Appalachian State University living in Boone for the summer. Then moving to Greenville, NC in the Fall to attend East Carolina University for graduate school. I am available anytime! About: Experienced pet-sitter, gifted in understanding animals and enjoys being attentive to their needs. Whether we are throwing the ball, searching for great things to smell on the nature path or taking an easy-going walk inside the fenced-in yard together, its fun to get their imagination flowing, We have a large basket of doggie-toys designed to interest any discriminating dog's taste. Simple dog-washing/grooming is available and nail trims for friendly canines when time permits. I am retired, and my home has lots of windows to look outside for the home-body dog and a great neighborhood for old-fashioned walking too! With some exceptions, I take dogs from the same family at one time to ensure a happy, stress-free visit at my home. Pickup and transport available. Pets feel right at home here because my pets show them the ropes and become fast friends. I stick close to my pets and my clients pets with an eye toward Safety and Security at all times. No dog is ever left alone in my yard even though it is fenced with a 5 ft fence. I want to create a Peaceable Kingdom at all times and enable my clients pets and mine 2 sleep the best sleep of their lives and to always want to return to my place!

About: I have taken care of animals ever since I was young. I would get paid to walk dogs and to check on cats and fish. I love hanging out with all animals! Being in college, it makes it hard to have one of my own, but this will allow me to opportunity to be around all the animals that I love! I just graduated from Wake Forest University, where I played volleyball. Volleyball taught me a lot about discipline and also shows that I am a very reliable person when it comes to scheduling and time management. I am a current graduate student in the SLP (speech-language pathology) program at App State and am available most evenings and all weekends! At school there is plenty of grass for the dogs to run around and I am able to bring the crate and everything into my apartment if needed. Cats, I am also available to do whatever is helpful and needed! I have my own space with no other animals!

About: Animals just relax around me. I’ve worked with many pet owners who are apprehensive to leave their pets with anyone due to the pet’s nervous temperaments, and other various quirks, and every single time the animals have surprised their owners by completely settling in with me. I prioritize play, love, and connecting with each individual pet I watch however they specifically need. I’ve looked after animals of all breeds, ages, & temperaments- from anxious & fussy older pets to energetic young puppies. I have experience administering medications to sick animals, hand feeding injured puppies, walking several pets at once, and managing dogs & cats that are a bit wild. I’ve even cared for lizards, turtles, fish, plants (haha), hamsters, birds, & rabbits. Whatever their needs, I will make sure they feel safe, loved, & at home while they’re with me. I am a potter who works from my home studio, and I make my own schedule- so I can generally be flexible and accommodate your pets needs. I love having pets in my home, and breaking away from my studio to get some fresh air and puppy/kitty love too! If I’m working on a big project, it’s nice to have to flexibility to come and go from my studio when possible, or have your pet there with me- but I have worked out all kinds of house sit/drop in/boarding arrangements according to the needs of clients and their pets. About: I have worked in small animal rescue for years now, and while I’m a full time student I hope to care for your pets! Specifically, I have worked in dog and cat socialization, diet preparation, and healthcare. I am able to clean up after your pet, walk them, play with them, feed them, and administer medications! I am a full-time student, so while I am busy, it is very flexible and on my terms! I spend lots of time outdoors and have many pet-loving friends I know the ins and outs of pet care, and I think that supporting our pets is our most important job! About: I grew up with two dogs in my house, a pug and an English lab. I have extensive experience caring for animals and have cared for many pets for neighbors, friends, and family since I was in my teenage years. I am able to walk high energy dogs and have the flexibility with my schedule to spend 30 minutes to one-hour visits if needed. I just started a new job in Boone which means I have more flexibility in the spring/summer, less in the fall/winter. I can commit to short but frequent visits and/or longer drop ins that can include a walk and some play time. I am able to drive to your house and safely care for your animals. From my volunteering, I can handle many temperaments. I'm confident in walking a good few miles as well. I'm currently working part-time, and its the summer so Im out of school and have plenty of time to dedicate to your babies! I'm officially only unavailable on Tuesdays from 4-6. I'm a morning bird and night owl! I have a fenced in yard with an older pup and a calm older kitty. It's just my Mom and I at home, so a calm, quiet environment.
