About: I’ve had pets all of my life ranging from cats and dogs to a bearded dragon. I love and care for all animals and will do that for yours as well. As my apartment doesn’t allow pets, currently I don’t own any, but I love to go home and see our family dog Kodi. For Kodi we have a set time for food, walk her when we have free time everyday, and water is available at any time and we have set times in the morning and evening to let her out for the bathroom, while allowing her to go out at other times when needed. I will act according to the owners specific instructions, while doing what I need to do to take care of their pets in the best way possible.

About: I grew up on a small farm in North Carolina with a veterinarian mom, so I’ve always been surrounded by animals of every age along with special needs animals. I started working as a tech assistant when I was 14 on my summer breaks and pet sat throughout the school year. I can administer medications, handle special needs animals, and animals of any age. I have a very flexible schedule, and am available all day Monday, Friday and weekends as well as late morning and afternoons on Tuesday and Wednesday. I currently do not have a fenced in backyard and have made the adjustment to getting my 3 year old pitty enough exercise with strictly leash walking! I take her on walks through the neighborhood every day, and take her on hikes as often as I can.

He currently works as a Veterinary Assistant in a large Veterinary Hospital in the area. He is well liked by his co-workers and displays excellent communication skills with both people and pets! He pays attention to detail and does everything he can to make animals comfortable around him. Finally, he is prompt, courteous, and an animal lover! Any pet and owner will be proud to have him help care for a loved pet!”

About: I’ve been a family sitter for a very big portion of my life. From canines to felines, I love to play with all pets and see the excitement in their eyes at the mention of a walk or playtime ❤️ I am currently on break for college so I’m 100% free inbetween taking care of my mom, but even she likes to accompany me on dog walks and cat sitting! With everyone home I make sure to communicate the perimeters of where the pet is/is not allowed to go and we work together on the best plan to keep the pet safe and happy.
16. Hailey C.
About: Hi my name is Hailey and I’m so excited to meet your pets!! I have had a lot of experience dog sitting and dog walking and I love doing it! Before I left for college, I worked at a doggy day care and pet owners trusted me to care for their pets while they are away. I loved meeting all different kids of dogs and spending my days with them! I am in college currently but during breaks my schedule is very open. I am available to walk dogs or dog sit anytime of the week and I am very flexible. I will provide only the upmost care for your pets. I will make sure they are cared for with regular potty breaks, exercise, and lots of attention.

20. Mary Margaret W.
About: I am 22 and a recent graduate from Appalachian State University. I have my BS in Psychology and a minor in Special Education. Fun fact I took a dog psychology class last semester and learned all about the psychology and emotions of a dog. I am currently in Boone working on my Masters and Specialist degree in School Psychology. My class schedule has a lot of gaps during the day so I have a wide availability during the week and I always have early morning and afternoon availability. I have been pet sitting for about 6 years now and love it! I really enjoy working with animals and put a lot of effort into making sure each each animal is properly cared for! I have a lot of experience in dog walking and at home pet visits. I also have had experience in pet boarding and house sitting; both daytime and overnight. I have two amazing dogs at home that I love very much so I understand that pets are really like a part of the family :) While I can accept house sitting, dog boarding at my apartment tends to work better with my schedule and I am more likely to be able to accept! I have classes during the week but have time in between and after to dog sit/ dog walk and am available to sit most evenings and mornings! I almost always have availability for dog boarding :) When carrying for pets in their home I always make sure to follow all the instruction given from their owner on how to take care of them!
