About: I work as a veterinarian technician, and I am certified in animal medicine. I have been walking dogs, boarding dogs, and doing in home visits for many years. I love all animals and care for each as if they were my own. All pets have free roam of my home inside and out. They truly will live as they do in their own home. No pet is kenneled! (unless deemed necessary by owner) Although I work in a Veterinarian Clinic, your pets will not ever be alone. Someone is always home with them, even when I personally can not be. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
