“Nora and Levi were wonderful with my dog, Juno. They took great care of her over the holidays. Their dog Scarlett was a big sweetheart and got along with Juno very well. Their big, fenced in yard is just great for dogs. Highly recommend!”

“Madison was wonderful and flexible. First, we were able to modify our dates before the trip. Second. We ran into traffic on our way home and Madison was able to watch our dog for extra tune until we got home. We got picture updates and our dog was happy.”

“Mary Jane is the best! She took great care of Toby and sent me updates with photos each day. It put my heart at ease knowing my dog was relaxed, having fun, and well taken care of. I will absolutely utilize her as my care taker for Toby when needed moving forward!”

“I'm so glad we found Celsei! We have an older beagle who lives a quiet life. We were worried that she couldn't handle where we usually board her because she has a bad hip and doesn't hear as well as she used to. Celsei was great with her. We loved getting pictures and videos of what Cookie (our dog) was up to while we were gone. Celsei has her own dogs, and everyone looked like they were having a great time together. We will definitely book with Celsei again the next time we have to leave Cookie behind. Thanks, Celsei!”

“Our dogs had a great time with Destinee. They came back looking happy and relaxed. They seemed to enjoy their home environment. Destinee was also great with sending us messages and keeping up with communications throughout their stay. Will definitely board our dogs with them again 😊”

“Chelsea did a fabulous job taking care of our dog. We also appreciated her quick communication and willingness to watch our dog as a last minute booking and to add on a day when we wanted to extend our trip. Highly recommend.”

“BearOtis and LuLu just got home from their longest stay to date. I have 2 very tired and content puppers! I think they played nonstop and honestly looked a little sad to be back home away from their friends lol! Thank you again Kelli for treating my babies like your own!”
“What a wonderful experience for us and Hondo. He loved it and so did we. It was a completely stress-free time away knowing he was well tended. We got all the feedback we needed, pictures, videos, and texts. He got exercise, love, and a little bit of Thanksgiving turkey. When we got home, our pup headed straight to his crate and stayed there sound asleep for hours. Thanks Rachel to you and your daughters for loving him and playing with him. We're already getting our babysitting plans together for our next trip and we're relieved you'll be available for us!”

“Kelsie was so sweet to my dogs and they made themselves right at home. She sent me lots of pictures which was great. I really appreciated her taking them at the last minute on Memorial weekend! I will definitely use her again in the future.”

“Absolutely wonderful with my two dogs; they were taken very good care of, and I got daily pupdates! She was very responsive and understanding to the times I needed to drop off/ pick up my dogs. I will most certainly be boarding my dogs here again when needed.”

“We had a great experience with Mariah! She took amazing care of Goose and kept us updated with thoughtful, detailed messages the entire time, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear she really paid attention to his routine, behavior, and little quirks. Goose got plenty of exercise, attention, and care, and we came home to a happy (and tired!) pup. We would absolutely trust her to watch Goose again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!”

“She was amazing there dog aurora is so cute and friendly. My dog had the best time and came home absolutely exhausted will definitely have them as my first choice for all bookings”

About: I’m currently a Junior in college and I miss my dogs at home, which is what made me want to become a sitter on rover. I have two bernedoodles at home. One is 4 year old and one is 6 months old, so I’ve had experience training both of them and caring for both of them. I also walked a neighborhood golden doodle frequently in high school. Last summer I nannied a family with an adorable pitbull that I cared for in addition to the children. I also had a golden retriever growing up for 12 years. I love all ages, sizes, and breeds of dogs. I have a summer class from 9-12 every morning, but other than that I can be home all day. I spend most of my time studying at home, but love to go for walks as study breaks and I live a very active lifestyle, which dogs would fit into perfectly. I also love being outdoors and I live alone so I’d love the company of a furry friend. It really depends on the client and how they want me to care for their pet. I want to do as much as I can to make their dogs feel at home and at ease. I’ve seen how hard it is for my own dogs back at home to adjust to a new environment, so I want to provide a healthy environment for other people’s dogs. When I get clients I make sure to ask them about their dogs routine, so I can do my best to mimic that.

“Kelly's service is always our go-to when we need to board our dog. She loves it there, big open space with other friendly dogs. She always comes back well taken care of, looking clean (for a dog who just had a blast on vacation!!) and so so happy. We appreciate Kelly's flexibility and willingness to work with us on drop off/pick up, and she sends us regular updates on our dog's stay which help put our mind at ease. I know when we book with Kelly our dog will be well taken care of!”

About: Hello! My name is Savannah and I am a postdoctoral researcher in the biology department at IU. I have experience caring for all kinds of animals (dogs, cats, reptiles, fish and more). I have experience with small and large dogs, hyperactive/nervous dogs, as well as senior dogs so you can be assured that I know how to handle just about any dog personality. I am very responsible, considerate and dedicated to making sure your pets are happy and healthy. I consider it an honor to be welcomed into your pet’s life and take my job very seriously. Please feel welcome to ask me any and all questions you might have. Thank you so much for considering me! I cannot wait to hear from you and your pet! I have fairly flexible working hours as I largely can make my own schedule. I am available during the week and weekends as well as holidays. I have a fenced in yard if you would like your pet to stay with me, but I am also happy to take them for walks in addition to letting them play in the backyard. I have three dogs of my own that are all very friendly and I have ways to separate dogs from each other if need be so they don’t all have to interact at the same time.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life and understand that some animals need special care. I live in a quiet neighborhood with great walking paths! I work a Monday through Friday normal schedule, going into work around 6am and coming home around 3pm each day. I love going on morning, afternoon, and evening walks with my dog, Toby, and he loves to run around our backyard too. Weekends are meant for fun! Sometimes we go to the dog park or a walk through downtown. I care for them by giving them attention, sticking to a nice schedule, and understanding that every animal is different in their own, unique way. Some require more care, others are very chill like my own dog!
“Tawny has been so great! We have boarded with her three times now and she has been my first choice any time we need! Great communication, sends pics, loves our dog and integrates him into her schedule/family while he is there. He loves being there. She has been so flexible and accommodating with pick ups and schedules. Definitely recommend her!”

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in IN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
