“Jasmine was so great with my dog. She took her on long daily walks and gave her a lot of love and attention. She had great communication and sent pictures and updates throughout the day. I will absolutely be using her again!”

“Rachel loves dogs and treats each doggy as her own. Her kids also help play with the puppies. I received constant updates, photos and videos. Cici was having so much fun. I was worried that she might not want to come home. Cici got a small scratch on her nose. Nothing to worry about. Probably just the result of dog play. Rachel always had other dogs at her house, which is a good thing because Cici had lots of playmates. But dog play can be kind of rough sometimes. Just dogs being dogs.”

“Her service was remarkable. Ruby kept me informed on her daily task, sent picture mail and videos daily, I will use her service again. She welcome Purpose with open arms and made me feel good about leaving my little baby, especially being my first time leaving her with strangers and around other dogs.”

“Kamela was an amazing choice for us, and the right one! She was able to accommodate our schedule with a same-day request 😱. She was VERY communicative and provide pictures, videos and updates which gave us great peace of mind that our dog was in great hands! Thoroughly pleased.”

“Wonderful care for my two pups while on vacation. I could tell by the updates and pics Julie sent me that my boys were happy and comfortable. So appreciative of your communication and flexibility.”

“Megan was fabulous with all accommodation needed for my elder pup!!! She was amazing when it came to communication! Additionally, Luna seemed to be having a blast in all of the pictures Megan sent❤️”

“Kelsey has a wonderful and kind energy. I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience with her. Spot was immediately made to feel like one of her family and I loved getting updates and photos of him receiving so much attention and love, especially from her daughter his new BFF. My only fear was that Spot was having too much fun and would be sad to leave. We definitely have to plan another trip so Spot can go back to visit his new friends.”

“Cole was really great with our dog during his stay! He sent regular check ins and pictures. It really gave me peace of mind knowing he was taking such good care of my dog during his stay! I appreciate how he did my dogs favorite activities with him while I was away and spent a lot of time with him. I will definitely be using Cole for any future boarding!”

“I have no words with how thrilled we are!! Our pack of 3 fur babies had a blast with Kieth at his house. They had free run every day and Kieth made sure they kept up with their commands. Before dropping off, Keith was sure to ask for an emergency contact and vet information just in case. My husband and I got pictures while we were gone. We got updates on how our pack was doing and getting along with the other dogs at his place.”

“Emily is a great person to have to watch your pet. She took extremely great care of our dog, Shiloh, going above and beyond what is "normally" expected from sitters. I would, and will, choose her for a pet sitter anytime. If there was a rating system for her services, she would get the highest rating from myself. I am very pleased with Emily.”
“Laura & her home are both so warm and friendly, from the moment I dropped Cheeto off I knew he was in good hands. I left my cat with Laura for 5 nights while I was out of town and got updates on how he was getting acclimated to the environment and what he was up to with pictures every day. She’s so good with animals and introducing them to one another (with regards to my cat meeting her cats), and even gave me some helpful cat care tips. Know that if you leave your fur baby with her, they’ll definitely be cared for and loved in your absence. I could tell Cheeto really liked her and was a bit bummed when we left; he got a vacation just as much as I did. :) I’ll definitely be looking for Laura’s availability next time I need a cat sitter again.”

Many sitters in IN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
