3. Elizabeth D.

“Elizabeth was great and I am so thankful she kept my Delilah for the day, she kept me updated and sent tons of pictures throughout the day! I would book with her again anytime?”

4. Erin R.

“This was the first time we left our dog Mickey in anyone else’s care. Mickey took to Erin immediately. Erin sent pictures reassuring us Mickey was safe and happy and enjoying the company of other dogs which he never really had before. The second day Mickey happily went with Erin to go see his new friends again. Erin provides a safe and happy environment for anyone considering her care. We highly recommend Erin to care for your dog while you enjoy your time on the Outer Banks instead of leaving him alone in a strange place. Mike & Jean”

About: I’ve been around dogs for year volunteering at the shelter and fostering and have had a dog of my own for 4 years who loves to play! I love loving on them and have a large fun yard to get exercise and treats ! I work from home so I am available to look after and have fun with your dog and give them my full attention! My yard allows the puppies to play and get exercise and my multiple couches and space allows them to rest and relax when needed as well! Always care for each dog differently depending on personality! I have a fenced in yard so exercise is key. They will get tons of love and playtime all day!

6. Rose N.

“One of the most professional dog sitters I have encountered on this app. I have been using the Rover app for a while and she is hands down the most qualified. I was amazed at the set up she has for the dogs and how charismatic she was to all her guests. Very attentive and gives updates throughout your pups stay. If you need a dog sitter in the outer banks, I highly recommend her!”

7. Cynthia M.

“Cynthia was kind and took wonderful care of our pup for the day. She sent us lots of pictures and kept us up to date on all the fun things they were doing. Would highly recommend!”

8. Carl C.
“Carl has always been an animal lover. He has a soft passionate side for all animals. He especially loves chocolate labs as he recently lost his best friend of twelve years, Toffee, to lung cancer and got Pippin shortly after whom he adores. When he was younger he had a tuxedo cat who would walk past everyone in his house and would meow “Carulll”. Animals love him. Hands down I would recommend him for this position. Your pets will also love him as he is fabulous with all of his interactions with all animals.”

9. Kayla N.

“Positive, calm and wonderful! Perfect opportunity for Finn”

10. Jade I.

“Jade was wonderful. The puppies took to her right away. She sent a ton of pictures and in them the puppies were so happy playing and relaxing on her couch. The next time we visit OBX we are definitely going to ask for her. Thanks so much for making our puppies a party of your family.”

About: Looking for a cozy, attentive place for your furry friend while you are away? I offer in-home dog sitting for well-behaved dogs who enjoy companionship, playtime, and plenty of care. Your dog will have a chance to bond with my two large friendly dogs, Cassidy and Riley, who love making new friends. My cat, Nala, prefers to stay out of the way ensuring a low-stress environment for all pets. Since I work from home, your pup will never feel lonely and will enjoy frequent attention, belly rubs, and day-long supervision. I provide a safe, loving, and structured environment where your pet will feel right at home. Perfect for dogs who enjoy socializing and being part of a caring household. Message me to discuss your dog's specific needs and to schedule a meet-and-greet! Our pets are positively spoiled! We love to throw frisbee in our back yard and go for walks. I work from home so the pets are rarely alone. Our doggies will have supervised time in our large yard and they are allowed on the couch but typically like to lay on the floor. Pets sleep in their own pet beds.

12. Shari T.
“Absolutely recommend Shari. Was not sure about having someone I hadn't met previously watch my dog while I was out of town on a business trip. That quickly changed as soon as I met her I felt like I was leaving my Toby with family. She took great care of him and is now my ongoing pet sitter while I'm away. Couldn't be happier with the care she gives him and he's always happy to see her.”

13. Kellie J.
“Kellie’s dogs are not just pets they are family! She will give your dog the tender loving care you want for your fur baby!! Highly recommend!!!”
