“We are so pleased with the excellent care Jade provided to Smores and Luna, our two Australian Shepherds! This was the first time they had been away from home under someone else's care. Jade made sure they were comfortable and happy! It was very apparent that they adored Jade and felt right at home. We were relieved to see that Jade's dogs are so well socialized they treated our dogs as their personal houseguests, and happily shared their home, Jade, and their toys! Jade sent us lots of pictures which further put us at ease -and reduced the guilt we felt by not having them with us. We are so glad to have found Jade to care for our dogs, it gave us a break and Smores and Luna had a ball! Madison was patient with him-talked in a soft voice, didn’t stand over him, but sat down so they were on the same level and let him warm up to her. By the time she was leaving he was sitting in her lap. She is responsible, warm hearted, and loves all animals like they are her own! 15/10 would recommend!!”
