About: I enjoy taking active dogs for long walks & runs! No issue providing meds & special attention for older fellas/ladies. I have sat for cats for extended stays as well. Happy to do so again! I work remote 3-5 days a week so I can take breaks to walk your dogs or give them a potty break a few times per day, including midday. I currently have no pets at home, however I grew up with 2-3 dogs and a cat for 18 years. I'll love taking your dog for long walks/runs if they need it! I am happy to care for special needs animals or those who require medications at each meal. Just send me your instructions and I'll treat them as you would! I am open to sitting cats, but would consider myself a dog person.

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have experience with many different breeds ranging from smaller dogs to bigger dogs. The experience I do have with Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and neighbors over the years. My fiancé and I have a dog she's a Beagle mix, she's probably she most friendly,energetic, quiet dog you could meet. We got her when she was 8 weeks old and could fit in the palm of my hand. Now she's a stubborn big back little girl that will do any trick you ask her if you have a treat in your hand. Love her though. Overall I love dogs, I feel like you can never be mad when you have one, not matter what bad things they do, they win you back over by being cute and friendly. Pet care fits in my schedule every day of the week rather it's caring for my own pet, or taking care of someone else's. It would have to be either after I get off work or before I go in. On weekends anytime would work. How I/we care for our pets at home is by walking our dog 3-4 times a day depend on how many times she has to use the bathroom. And by also feeding her 2-3 times a day depending on how much she ate the time before. -We walk our dog in the morning before work, when we get home from work, and at night before we go to bed. Majority of the we’ll feed her after she goes out in the morning and then feed her again when we get home from work.

About: I have been a dogsitter for about 6 years. I grew up with 4 dogs in my household. My grandparents were my next door neighbors and they had 5 dogs. I work full time at UNCW as a Parking Enforcement Officer. I normally work 7-4. After work I will spend time with your pets and I am off weekends where I can spend all day with them. I live in a gated area. I have a big back yard they could run around and I also live by the water if they like water!

About: I can’t remember an age where I wasn’t helping birth and raise kittens and puppies, turtles, or rodents. From having blind, toothless senior chihuahuas and senile cats…to a litter of brand new pups or kittens struggling to catch their first breath I’ve been part of it. I’ve had several rodents and reptiles, and cared for my friends and family birds as well. Trained puppies and kittens to use the potty and more. Also helped with a few farm animals too. I work only 20-25hrs a week, so I’ll always be home within 6hours or less. Outside of work, I’m home hanging out with my kids and furbabies. I have two e.s.a. Certified cats who tend to hide away when someone new is here. I’ve had them both since babies (13y & 3y). Keep things clean, organized, healthy, I had a cleaning company too. I don’t have crates on hand or an outside fence but I have a huge yard, the neighbor has a spayed female American bulldog, very friendly. There are farm animals next door. However, I do appreciate being where the pet is comfortable and knows its space.

I also had the privilege of attending and graduating from an accredited Veterinary Technician program and am licensed as an RVT. I am fully adaptable to your pets routine and needs whether that be leashed walks or supervised play in a fenced yard. I enjoy playing with cats! “Wow, I can’t say enough about Kristen!! She has been by far our dogs favorite sitter and our family’s too. In a regular situation she is loving and diligent with the dogs and takes care of their needs. She spoils both our older dog and the little one, gives special attention and medicine as needed. When we were out of town our are experienced a very serious forest fire and evacuations were put in place. Fortunately, our neighborhood did not have to evacuate, however, Kristen took every precaution just in case our area is going to require an evacuation, including staying with our dogs and not leaving the house in case she needed to load them in her car. She packed up medicine, food, treats, collars, and leashes to make certain they were prepared and offered to get any belongings we needed. She also had our emergency contact in case she had to call someone else. She went above and beyond in this situation, and I highly recommend her services! She also kept in contact with us via text and phone calls and lots and lots of cute pictures of the pups. Really really appreciated her this weekend!”
