About: I have a 5 year old husky and pitbull mixed dog named xena as well as a 9 year Old cat named Lilly! I was raised around animals (dogs and cats) we would take litters and rehabilitate them until they were ready to go to their forever homes and we would also rescue cats and dogs and rehabilitate them as well! I am looking to be a full time pet care provider! I only have to take care of my dog as well! I look forward to giving you all the assistance and helping as much as I can! I will ask what your preferences are like times they need to go out or feeding times and keep them plenty of company on my visits and make sure they are greatly taken care of.

About: I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember, from bunnies, turtles, fish, dogs and a cat! I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old, and have a deep love and understanding of them. My childhood dog was very reactive because of abuse, so I know to handle an anxious and stressed puppers very well! I also had an older cat for a couple of years, and am regularly watching my friends’ and neighbors’ cats! Pet care fits very naturally into my weekly routine. I work part-time in the mornings, which allows me to dedicate my afternoons and evenings to caring for pets. I am available for pet sitting, walks, drop-in visits, and overnight care from 3:00 PM onward any day of the week. “After our recent move to North Carolina, we found ourselves in a position where we needed a pet sitter. Having never left our pets with anyone but family we were apprehensive as to who we could find, and trust, with our fur babies. We turned to Rover to find someone. After reading what seemed like hundreds of profiles and reviews - we carefully chose Allie. Allie was quick to respond and agreed to a meet and greet. Our rambunctious, and loud, retrievers met her at the front door where Allie scooped them into a hug and it was “love at first site” for our pups!! Allie was very attentive to our detailed instructions, asked for clarification, on anything she did not understand, and was concerned with keeping the dogs and our two cats on their normal routines. During our weekend away, we received multiple reports as well as amazing pictures. It was apparent that Allie cared for, and loved, our pets as if they were her own. Allie went above and beyond anything we could have expected - even befriending our “leary of strangers” cat. About: I have had a lot of experience taking care of dogs since I started my own "business" when I was 7, walking and pet-sitting for people around my neighborhood. I had 3 dogs and 3 cats growing up. Recently I'm most often just filling in for family friends on stays away. I have taken care of a handful of senior dogs and have a good understanding of their behaviors. I like to be outside and moving, so I happily will take your dog(s) out or on frequent or long walks. I will be available 7 days of the week, minus miscellaneous appointments and such. I am more than comfortable with overnight stays, walks, and drop ins, and multiple day sitting. My roommate is allergic to dander so I will be unable to bring pets into my home. I take notes very seriously for pets that need that extra care/the specifics. About: I have taken care of animals for the majority of my life whether that be nursing stray kittens back to health, assembling special meals for my dogs specific health requirements, or pet and house sitting for friends and family members so they could take a well needed vacation. I have always held a deep love for animals and a career where I can be around them all day sounds more like a dream than a job. While not a certified dog trainer I do have experience with training puppies for small tricks such as sit, place, stay, down, etc. and would be happy to teach your fur baby as I take care of them. As a full time student I have a very open schedule with asynchronous classes that allow me to be there when your fur baby requires. I make sure to keep my pets on a regular schedule with grooming, food, vet visits and play sessions so they may have the best experiences as they grow and develope.
