About: Hi! I offer in-home care for dogs, cats and other creatures, primarily between Portland, Maine and Sedona.
But I also work with destination clients. I started my life out with a pack of German Shepherds and have been caring for animals my entire life. I’m experienced with all sizes, temperaments, and personalities— and other animals that are atypical pets..
 A core focus in my work and life is animal communication. For parents who enjoy understanding their pet more deeply, or have new pets, I’m happy to share insights into behavior and needs – once I’ve spent time getting to know your pet.
 I also have training in small animal massage and energy work. I offer consistency in play, exercise, Respect for your training routines, and am always attuned to what your pet actually needs.

While I don’t yet have Rover reviews—most of my work has been through private clients—I’m happy to provide strong references upon request. I’d love to connect and see if we’re a good fit. My schedule is flexible. I generally work at “home” so am able to spend a lot of time with your pet, letting them know that you’ve made sure they are taken care of after the suitcases are out the door. If we're newly connecting, I like to start with a call or video chat and then a home visit, to make sure we are a good fit. And chat about your pet's needs, preferences and schedule.

About: Hello! my name is Zoie. I have 1 year of work experience and have done volunteer work for local shelters and have fostered since high school. I can help with pet transportation / sitting and pet walking. I am a pet owner myself, owning both cats and dogs and been around pets my whole life. I started working with animals when I was in high school with my mother fostering kittens then eventually started volunteering with different local shelters. I am currently between jobs, so I will be able to devote my whole time and attention to the care of your pets and their needs. Unfortunately boarding and related services will not work as I am currently living in a mobile home. You can trust I'll treat and respect your pets like they were my own.

About: I have over ten years of experience with many different types of animals and I know a lot of different techniques to approaching animals that might be scared or more difficult to take care of. I am a college student back for summer break and I don’t have a job currently so I am available 24/7. I can work every day of the week and have access to transportation so I am available to drive to the animals at anytime. I can drive anywhere at any time and take animals to different places if needed. I will make sure they are well fed and watered as well as taken for walks or played with to keep them active and if they need any extra help I am more than willing to take those steps to ensure they get it.

Because I’ve grown up around animals and have watched over relatives' pets before. I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and energy levels. Even though my experience comes from family pets, I take their care seriously: feeding on schedule, keeping them active, watching for changes in behavior, and making sure they feel safe and loved. I currently do not work, which gives me a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability for drop‑ins, house sitting, or cat care. About: I’ve had a variety of amazing dogs and cats throughout my life since I was six years old to today. Many people consider themselves either a dog or cat person, but I can’t imagine my life without either. I find animals such a wonderful addition to life’s enjoyments, and find that they especially benefit mental health. As someone with a mental illness, being around animals brings me so much joy and fulfillment. I am looking for a job to make some extra income with I work on getting my Master’s Degree at NAU. I am an online student so I have a very flexible schedule. I am familiar with animals across ages 9 months-seniors, and all dog sizes (I’ve had both a 12 pound dog and a 72 pound one!). I love playing with my animals and taking my dog for walks or out to the dog park. I offer as many pets and snuggles as they would like, while also respecting an animal’s boundaries. I am good at recognizing stress signals and managing animals interacting with one another, including dogs and cats together. My years of experience include time I’ve spent caring for my own and other’s animals. I fit my schedule to work around my animals’ needs, especially my dog’s. I am going to school full time online, and work for a few hours a month at my church, which allows me to be home when I need to. I either give my dog a walk or take her to the dog park once a day. I have a routine for feeding and make sure I am home every 2-4 hours to let me dog out to the bathroom. I give each animal the amount of attention and stimulation it needs everyday, including play and pets. I enjoy giving each animals a treat once a day, and have my dog Bella do some “tricks” before receiving one. Bella is kennel trained and the cats are free to roam around. I respect however one chooses to open their space to their animals. Some people don’t kennel train, but they shut certain doors in the house. Another important thing for me is making the environment inviting through presence of toys, bones, blankets, beds, and cat trees (we have one at our apartment). I try to leave the windows or blinds open during the day so the cats can spend time looking outside (they are indoor cats, but I have had outdoor cats). I will also sometimes play those pet TV videos on YouTube.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for most of my life for my family and friends. I have experience taking care of Dogs of all sizes from small Chihuahuas to a large Scottish Deerhounds. I love dogs of all ages but especially know the care it takes for senior dogs. I am a full time student at the community college in town but am able to check in on pets frequently during the day. I am also able to do overnight care. I currently have a cat who loves to get into everything. I make sure areas with cleaning supplies, food, and anything dangerous are blocked of while still providing a safe and stimulating environment for the little guy.
