Our dog has anxiety and typically becomes very stressed while we are away, but Allison stayed at our home, followed his usual routine as closely as possible, and made sure to give him some extra love. She would check-in with us daily to let us know how things were going and would ask questions if she was unsure of something. She was respectful with our home and belongings and made sure to leave things nice and tidy for our return. Jayne took great care of our two doggos and was extremely respectful to our home. We really appreciated her prompt communication, punctuality and little updates while we were gone. She had her hands full with our two mischief makers, and we are so pleased with her care.
Trinity was amazing, she took care of our cat Bathtub for two weeks and she gave us such peace of mind! Trinity is trustworthy, sends tons of pictures and videos, is prompt in her updates of when she visits and clearly truly cares about the pets she takes care of. Couldn't ask for a better cat sitter.
This was our second booking with Lauren and we could not be happier! She truly went above and beyond taking care of our 2 dogs. 3 days into our trip she contacted us to let us know she had noticed symptoms of a UTI in one of our dogs. We stayed in close communication with both Lauren and our veterinary office as we worked to figure out the best course of action. Lauren was wonderful as she collected a urine sample (which took a few attempts due to rain and darkness!) and drove to our vet’s office to collect the necessary medication then administer them over the following days. Throughout all this she still provided plenty of updates regarding normal care including meals, bathroom breaks, and playtime for the dogs. We will absolutely be rebooking Lauren for any travel needs in the future!
Sydney was great! She was super communicative and really went the extra mile to make my medical needs pup comfortable, so that we had two healthy and happy dogs when we got home. She was also a total pro managing an issue with our door’s lock, proving she is proactive and flexible from thew start. Thanks, Sydney! We would definitely book you for another stay.
Isabella was very helpful in our last minute impromptu vacation. All our furrbabies liked her, even the super shy cat. Went above and beyond with getting our babies things over the weekend. Especially with myself being on crutches. The kiddos like how she interacted with their furrbrothers/furrsister. Thank you for loving our babies like your own.
