“Shelby was absolutely wonderful! Prior to booking our first visit, she came to meet the pups and discuss all care expectations. On the day of the booking, she gave me a heads up when she’d be stopping over and arrived right on time. While Shelby took the dogs outside to roam and blow off energy, she snapped 4 cute photos to reassure me they were behaving well for her. 10/10 would recommend Shelby for any of your pet care needs!”

About: I’ve had dogs in my life since I was 10 years old. I’ve had family and friends rely on me to care for their animals. My current work schedule is more flexible, so I would have a wider range of availabilities for pet care activities and daily walks, or drop-ins. Safety would always be a top priority. Whether it’s in my home, or your home, your pet is my focus and their joy is guaranteed.

About: Will make sure your animals needs are met and that they will get lots of attention and playtime. I'll send you pictures of our adventures! Weekends I am available any time but do have some flexibility during the week. I look forward to being a part of your pet's playtime or walks. I'll follow any detailed instructions you have for your dog or cat so that they remain on a schedule/routine they are used to and comfortable with.

“Our cats LOVE Laura! Our cats have been known as the extremely timid types that people may be lucky enough to see. It's unheard of for them to be pet by people other than my husband and I. For this, it can take years to do. Laura was able to pet both of our cats this time around. That amazed me! We're very very grateful to have such a wonderful sitter for our precious kitties while we're away. She brought in our mail and watered our plants as well. We highly recommend Laura.”

About: I’ve worked at Feeder’s Supply, where I cared for a variety of animals and regularly bathed dogs of all sizes and temperaments. My experience there helped me build strong skills in animal handling and care. I’ve also owned many types of pets over the years and currently have two cats of my own. Whether it’s feeding, walking, bathing, or just giving them love and attention, I’m passionate about making sure every animal feels safe, happy, and well cared for. I currently spend most of my time caring for my daughter and cats, but am looking to share my love with other animals in need of care while their parents are busy! This can include regular services Monday to Saturday between 8:15 am and 4:45 pm; if you need something outside of this, message me and we’ll see what we can work out! For dogs, any equipment must be provided by you to ensure I am using leashes, toys, etc. that fit your pet and they are comfortable with. For cats, I can provide a cat harness or stroller to take them outside in a controlled environment for extra enrichment. I also have a set of cat toys to bring if needed.

“Mackenzie took great care of our two kitties while we were away for several days! Care included special instructions to keep the cats separated and the special renal diet for our senior kitty, Sophie. We arrived to find happy and healthy cats which is so appreciated. Thank you Mackenzie!!”

I have recently retired and my husband is retired which gives us the freedom to be available at home to be with your pets. I am home full time and my husband is retired so care is available all of the time. We specialize in geriatric dogs and offer care as needed Our home is set up for ease of care for elderly dogs. They can get in and out with one small ramp. Ramps are set up around the home as needed. Part of our large yard stays plowed and open during the winter months for small dogs.

About: I've had pets all my life and have a vast extent of experience from large livestock and horses to the smallest kittens, puppy and hamster care. My schedule is as follows and will be constant routine. Monday 8 am - 2 pm Tuesday 8 am - 2 pm Wednesday 8 am - 2 pm Ensuring they are safe by having completed first aid and cpr certification for pets as well as understanding their routines and if they have any fears.

About: Personally, I have a dog and a horse. I have experience taking care of a variety of animals including livestock, dogs, and cats for friends and family over the years. Additionally, I completed a rotation at a vet clinic when I was younger and have experience with giving injectable medications and pills. I also have experience with training puppies from having my own. I currently work as an occupational therapist in Madison at UW Health but am available before or after work to provide your pet care and house sitting needs. I also am available on some weekends. Nathan B.
“I have known Nathan for a very long time and I can tell you from first hand experience that he is wonderful with pets of all kinds. Pets are drawn to him because they know he loves them. He has had two German Shephard dogs and they both were loved and cared for their entire lives. He is capable of walking long distances and can easily manage a dog that may not be the best leash walker. His confidence around pets makes them feel at ease and everyone benefits from that environment. If you get a chance to make Nathan a part of your pet's life you will be making a really good decision for you and your pet.”
