“This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. Ximena is very intuitive with a dog or pet’s needs. She always used positive reinforcement to guide Daisy in commands. She is always patient, gentle and kind with animals. She even gave Daisy a gift when she had moved farther away. Honestly we were so devastated that Ximena would not be able to walk Daisy anymore. We have had other dog walkers but no one as consistent and sweet as Ximena. She always sends lots of photos and detailed messages about the walks. We wish she could still be walking Daisy! About: Ive never known a time I didnt have dogs and cats. I have experience working with large breed working dogs as well as smaller dogs and everything in between. The only dogs that intimidate me are Rottweilers and chiuahahas! I love cats. I have extensive experience with fish and some birds too. I currently have 2 conures. I have a saltwater fish tank and a fresh water betta tank so I can easily care for your fish as well. I have a german shepherd pup myself and shes super friendly. I dont have to bring her around your pets. I let her outside about wvery two hours to play. We play ball and fetch. When the weather is good we go on long walks or hikes in the woods. I currently use a wireless gps fence for my dog. In your home I would certainly rely on a fence or a leash. I would not want to be responsible for an injury to your fur baby.

About: As the proud owner to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, I know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. I will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for my own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and I want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in my care. I live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. I have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. I am currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to my family in my home! My whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. I want your pets to feel as safe as my own. I currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. I'm able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. I treat every animal as if it were my own and provide a level of care that I give my own and that I would expect from my pet care provider.

About: I have been taking care of cats including my own since the '90s. They are fascinating creatures and I love to watch their personalities really come out when they get comfortable. It's my goal to have pet parents at ease knowing that they're furry babies are in good hands in their absence. I work full-time working from home on Mondays and Fridays, but I am able to stop in for wellness checks during the week first thing in the morning and in the late afternoon and offer overnight care when needed. I take special consideration when caring for cats to ensure there are no toxic plants around, no strings or dangerous toys And that they get plenty of love and affection to ensure they feel safe while their pet parents are away

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and I have fostered dogs for 2 years. I love senior dogs as well as puppies. I currently work a full time job, my hours are 8-4 but I am available to stay overnight. I am available on weekends and if needed I can go before and always after work! I have a big yard and 2 friendly dogs that love to play in the yard. I put them on leshes to walk them too.
