About: I’ve been dogsitting throughout highschool while juggling sports, other jobs, AP classes and my own furry friends. I am able to set a goal and see it through whether it be training your puppy, playing with your cat or walking your fur babies daily. I have had experience with several different types of cats and dogs, including a huge German Shepard, 5 cats at a time and a very spoilt (with love) puppy. I am free during the weekends, and free for half of the day during the week. My senior year schedule allows me to leave school at around 11:30, giving me the rest of the day to answer to any pet needs. I intend to care for pets are their clients homes only mostly because I know these animals will feel safer and more relaxed in their own homes. I currently have a German Shorthaired Pointer, so I’m very familiar with high-energy dogs and the attention, exercise, and care they need. We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! Our whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. We want your pets to feel as safe as our own. Leah and Andrew are both available for petsitting services. We currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. We are able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. We treat every animal as if it were our own and provide a level of care that we would expect from our pet care provider.
