“Brittany is very professional and loved my kitty kat Tucker even though he is terrified of strangers and wouldn't visit with her when she dropped in during the vacation week! She did everything needed for Tucker to be on his own and we would have her back with no hesitation - Thanx Brittany!”

About: I’ve been dogsitting throughout highschool while juggling sports, other jobs, AP classes and my own furry friends. I am able to set a goal and see it through whether it be training your puppy, playing with your cat or walking your fur babies daily. I have had experience with several different types of cats and dogs, including a huge German Shepard, 5 cats at a time and a very spoilt (with love) puppy. I am free during the weekends, and free for half of the day during the week. My senior year schedule allows me to leave school at around 11:30, giving me the rest of the day to answer to any pet needs. I intend to care for pets are their clients homes only mostly because I know these animals will feel safer and more relaxed in their own homes. I can and will care for them however directed in any way that makes them feel loved
“Renee took care of our senior dogs for a week including administering meds and we came home to happy dogs. Even though they didn't require walks she stayed and sat with them for the full time while they went out back. Thank you Renee! We will be sure to use you next time we have to leave.”
“Lauren was so polite and put our minds at ease! We have one fur baby that likes nobody and she was getting used to Lauren and her wonderful energy. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future!”

“Claire is awesome! I’m currently recovering from a knee injury so she has been very helpful with ensuring my dog Rocco gets his daily exercise. She’s very friendly and professional and does a great job sharing updates with pictures. Highly recommend!”

“We had a great experience! She stopped by twice to let our dogs out while we were away and was reliable, communicative, and very caring with them. It gave us peace of mind knowing they were in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Sarah was amazing! She stopped in to hang out with our very sassy corgi and left wonderful notes and photos after each visit! Would absolutely book with her again in the future!!”

“Matthew came last minute for me and did a phenomenal job. I have a Cane Corso and German Shepherd and he handled both without any issues. Def will be using him again and highly recommend him.”

“Leslie did a wonderful job checking in on our Golden! I appreciate her thoroughness in setting up a meet and greet beforehand, and she had great communication about her visit. We look forward to booking with her again in the future!”

“Super duper dogwatch trooper! Provided regular updates and timely pics. Great attention to detail, remembering little quirks I told her about our dog. I’d say even nicer things, but I’d rather keep her a secret ;)”

“Shelby was such a pleasure to work with on short notice. She took excellent care of my boys and even got my scaredy cat to come out of hiding. Highly recommend and would definitely work with her again!”

“Marne is the best! She visits my Harper on drop-in visits and gives me peace of mind in knowing he is well taken care of. Harper loves Marne which makes me happy. I highly recommend Marne to take great care of your furry family members!”

“Aubrey was wonderful, responsive, reliable, and took great care of my kitty while I was out of town around thanksgiving! She went above and beyond to make sure the little quirks and preferences my cat has were taken care of (water from a sink, some time outside in an enclosed area, etc). Also appreciated the regular updates, the report cards through Rover, and the pictures she sent! Would absolutely recommend her and will use her for future kitty sitting needs! Thanks, Aubrey!:)”

“Dominika and her daughter are very loving and kind to our shy male cat Goldie! He responds back to them with the same energy and knows them as part of his family! Thank you for all you do for us!! LK”

About: I have been taking care of cats including my own since the '90s. They are fascinating creatures and I love to watch their personalities really come out when they get comfortable. It's my goal to have pet parents at ease knowing that they're furry babies are in good hands in their absence. I work full-time working from home on Mondays and Fridays, but I am able to stop in for wellness checks during the week first thing in the morning and in the late afternoon and offer overnight care when needed. I take special consideration when caring for cats to ensure there are no toxic plants around, no strings or dangerous toys And that they get plenty of love and affection to ensure they feel safe while their pet parents are away
About: Hi, I’m Eileen. I provide gentle, attentive care for small dogs, with a focus on safety, routine, and a calm home environment. My availability is primarily weekends, holidays, and selected weekday evenings, which allows me to give each dog steady, unhurried attention. I tailor care to each pup’s personality, whether that means relaxed walks, light play, quiet companionship, or simply keeping their routine familiar and reassuring. I follow feeding and medication instructions carefully, keep bowls and rest areas clean, and send thoughtful updates with photos so you can feel fully at ease. Because I have resident cats, I’m best suited for cat-savvy small dogs. I approach introductions slowly, supervise carefully, and can keep spaces separate when needed. My style is warm, detail-oriented, and intentionally limited in volume, so each dog receives the same thoughtful care I would want for my own pets. 🕰️ Schedule I work a full-time 9–5 role during weekdays, and I thoughtfully plan my pet care visits around that schedule to ensure each visit is calm, unhurried, and consistent. On weekdays, I offer evening drop-in visits, which tend to be a natural and comforting time for most cats, which is quiet, predictable, and aligned with their evening routines. On weekends and holidays, I’m available between 10am–5pm, with more flexibility to match your cat’s preferred schedule. At home, I care for my own five cats every day, so multi-cat routines, different personalities, and maintaining a clean, peaceful environment are already part of my daily life. When I visit your home, I bring that same level of attentiveness—never rushed, always respectful of your cat’s pace and space. I also keep my bookings intentionally limited so each cat receives steady, thoughtful care. Whether your cat needs quiet companionship, playtime, or medication, I make sure every visit feels consistent and reassuring for both you and your cat. My primary service is caring for cats in their own home, where many feel safest and most relaxed. I follow your instructions closely, from feeding and medication to doors, windows, lights, and entry routines. I know how much trust it takes to leave your cat and home in someone else’s care, so I treat both with great respect and attention. Each visit is tailored to your cat’s personality and your preferences. Some cats want play and affection, while others prefer quiet company and space. I pay close attention to food, water, litter box habits, and any small changes in behavior. After every visit, I send thoughtful updates with photos, videos, and a clear report, so you can feel informed and at ease while you’re away. If I ever care for a cat in my home, I would focus on slow introductions, separated food, close monitoring, and a calm, clean environment. My five resident cats are all up to date on rabies and FVRCP vaccines, and I always respect each cat’s pace and comfort level.
About: I have 30 years of pet care experience with a wide range of animals. I have owned and taken care of animals including hamsters, rats, and guinea pigs as well as snakes, iguanas and your more traditional pets such as cats and dogs. I have also owned horses, cows, goats and other large animals as well. I am comfortable with medication management as well as taking care of puppies and senior animals. I pay close attention to changes in your pet's behavior and mood to catch any issues as quickly as possible. I currently own two cats and work full-time out of the house. I offer overnight sitting in your home any time, and weekend boarding in my home, when I am able to be there with your pet all day. I also am able to do drop in visits during the day for dog walking or to check in on your pet. In addition, my adult daughter lives at home and has a very flexible schedule where she can assist in care for your pet. Pets in my home are allowed full access to the house, and can sleep on both beds and couches. I have a large, unfenced back yard with a stream through it, as well as plenty of places for walks. I am 100% respectful of your home and space and will leave your home in the condition it was when I got there. I understand that pets are more comfortable in their own spaces and will follow any routines and instructions you have for their care.

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Brookridge North
Timely meet and greet; our cat gets lonely sometimes but his behavior was good and social when we were gone; pictures were reassuring. Time spent what we asked for even though we always want more- so hard to leave him by himself. Cat immediately took to Brittany- also reassuring as our regular sitter wasn’t available.

Sarah is a great cat sitter. Sarah takes fantastic care of our two kitties when we’re away, leaves the house clean, writes thoughtful and concise updates each visit and is a good communicator. Sarah also goes the extra mile - giving our cats the affection they need and making sure mail is brought in.

It was such a relief having someone as reliable as Shannon to watch our 4 cats! She sent plenty of pictures and even got in some play time during her 30 min drop-ins. Everything seemed in order when we returned home from our trip. Will be booking Shannon again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
