Hey there! I'm a lifelong animal lover who has helped care for furry family members since I was able to walk. I grew up alongside a gentle giant Great Pyrenees, three fluffy cats, and two mischievous ferrets. My passion for animals led me to work in a pet store & grooming salon for seven years, where I cared for all sorts of furry and feathered critters, as well as bathing and brushing dogs and cats of all breeds, making sure they were safe, happy, and looking their best! In addition to my professional experience, I've been providing house/pet sitting for friends and neighbors since my teen years. I've looked after all sorts of animals, from enthusiastic puppies to senior dogs, horses, chickens, and cats. At the moment, I'm a pet parent to a shy asthmatic cat and a school of neon tetras, and a pet-aunt to a friendly and exuberant Bernese Mountain Dog. I am also comfortable handling and feeding non-venomous snakes, bearded dragons, geckos, or other amphibious & aquatic buddies. With my years of experience and love for animals, you can trust me to provide reliable and compassionate care for your furry (or scaled!) family members while you're away.

Heather watched my two dogs over a long weekend. She sent regular updates and photos so I knew they were getting great care!
Heather was AMAZING!! Our dog will rarely will go on walks with other people and she got him to go with her. Everything was clean when we got home and she sent a lot of pictures throughout her stay which we love! On top of that I completely forgot to leave her a key out and we had already left town so she went to our apartment office until they called me and let her in. We already have her booked for another weekend and will definitely use her again whenever she’s available!
This was the first time using rover and I cannot be happier, Heather was great she communicated daily and even was able to get a picture of our cat griff. I would highly recommend her. Thanks Heather.
Heather has checked in on my cat many times and walked my dog and she is very reliable and great with communication. I highly recommend!

I am currently taking classes locally during the week while working remotely, so long weekend sits or drop Ins work best but I am happy to work with your schedule!
