About: I have a passion for animals and helping those who need their pet to have company. I have the kids who can make sure they get lots of play time and cuddles. And a middle aged golden retriever to have a friend to play with too I am a stay at home mom who will be so happy to watch your dogs. I am available Monday through Sunday and the time is flexible. Our yard is fenced in so they can be let out anytime. We do have fenced in chickens a d ducks. We also have our own dog a golden retriever as well as a rescue fenchie who would love a friend to play with.

About: I have stepped up and taken care of pets from family members since I can remember. I am very active and love walking and engaging with any dog and being a companion to any furry friend. I have always valued dogs being an integral part of any family. I am a college student but at nights and weekends is when I am most available. Throughout the day I am available in between classes to stop by and check in. Whenever I am home I will offer companionship and am all for frequent walks and/ or playing. I live with 3 other responsible people who love animals and can keep them company as well.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and I have fostered dogs for 2 years. I love senior dogs as well as puppies. I currently work a full time job, my hours are 8-4 but I am available to stay overnight. I am available on weekends and if needed I can go before and always after work! I have a big yard and 2 friendly dogs that love to play in the yard. I put them on leshes to walk them too.

About: My husband and I have been around dogs our entire life, small to large breed, we love dogs! Our little one absolutely loves having them around, being outside, throwing ball, treats, etc. So, your pet would need to be great with kids :) We live in the beautiful Whittier neighborhood with plenty of walking options. Our backyard is enclosed with a high eight foot fence. So, your pet would be plenty comfortable. Or, if you're away, I could come to your pet for their time outdoors. I have a small SUV, so transportation is always an option! We're comfortable letting your pet roam the house while we're here and away. We would only take on more than one dog after talking to the owner of our current stay, and the dogs are compatible, or they come from the same home! With that said, we do not have any four legged pets of our own.... only tanked ones ;) three amano shrimp, two tetras, and two narite snails! So, your pet will have the luxury of our undivided attention! When your pet would come to stay with us, we do ask for as much info/'their 'stuff' as you can bring/provide regarding your pets normal/routine at their home, commands, tricks, toys, food, bedding... etc so your pet is comfortable and enjoys their time here, and so we can keep them in as much of a similar framework as their home. The Rover site allows for pics and videos. So, we like to take a few during their stay and send them to owners! Our current stay and past stays have really enjoyed this! Prior to you or us making a decision on your pets stay, we would like for you all and your pet to visit our home. This will allow you to see and get a sense of our neighborhood and home - where your pet will be staying, and meet us! I hope this has been helpful for you!

About: As the proud owners to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, we know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. We will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for our own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and we want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in our care. We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! My whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. I want your pets to feel as safe as my own. I currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. I'm able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. I treat every animal as if it were my own and provide a level of care that I give my own and that I would expect from my pet care provider.

About: I’ve taken care of family friends pets since the age of 12. Neighbors as well as family friends have relied on me to feed and walk their pets even with a last minute request. I’m currently working 1 part time job and am in college. My work schedule switch’s days so I am available in the morning as well as evening to do whatever is needed for a client. I am a very honest and trustworthy individual whose main goal is to keep clients pets safe as well as keep the owners calm and comfortable with me taking care of their pets.

“Ximena is wonderful! She gave us plenty of support and advice as we transitioned to becoming dog owners in December 2025! Our dog Daisy loved Ximena from the very first time she met her! Ximena is very intuitive with a dog or pet’s needs. She always used positive reinforcement to guide Daisy in commands. She is always patient, gentle and kind with animals. She even gave Daisy a gift when she had moved farther away. Honestly we were so devastated that Ximena would not be able to walk Daisy anymore. We have had other dog walkers but no one as consistent and sweet as Ximena. She always sends lots of photos and detailed messages about the walks. We wish she could still be walking Daisy! We highly recommend Ximena if you need care for your pet!”

Whether your dog is super energetic, anxious, older, or just needs a little extra patience and attention, I’m more than comfortable adapting to their needs. I’ve also worked as a farmhand, helping feed and care for animals like chickens and other livestock. I’ve also been around animals my whole life and currently care for a cat, an elderly black lab, and a young hound puppy. I’m a college student hoping to earn extra cash doing something I genuinely love! I treat every animal like one of my best friends and always aim to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Weekdays: Available after 1:30 PM for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. Weekends: Usually fully available for walks, house sitting, overnight stays, and extended care. I’m a Dog Daycare worker during the weekdays, so my services may be limited to the afternoon + evenings from Monday-Friday. With dogs, I’m very patient and comfortable with all personalities, including high-energy, excitable, or anxious dogs. I focus on calm and respectful handling and try to help very anxious dogs feel safe by giving them space, approaching slowly, and using gentle reassurance like calm voice and light petting on their side when appropriate. I pay attention to body language and always aim to build trust rather than pressure them into an interaction. If a dog is acting out, I redirect their attention and follow any training or behavior instructions provided by the owner. With cats, I’m used to reading their behavior and giving them the space or attention they want. I understand that many cats are super independent and are protective about their space, but I also enjoy working with affectionate, social cats. I have experience caring for kittens, including feeding and basic hands-on care, as well as senior cats who may need routine medication or any extra attention.

About: I had my baby boy, Lui, for 14 years. He is my first and only dog 🐕. I have had my Theo for almost 6 years and our Misha for 2. They are my babies💓 I have been dog and cat sitting as needed for friends, neighbours, and family for a few years now and always love it. I am open to taking care of any pet, just let me know what they require and I will do my absolute best to cater to their needs! 💗 I am currently focusing on online school to be a certified paralegal. I am not working anywhere else, so I have a lot of free time and plan on doing this full time. It's really important to me that I'm making sure I am paying a lot of attention to my kitties so their needs are being met. Not only that, but i like to make sure that they feel seen and heard. Cats can be very clear with their communication if you're willing to pay attention. When it comes to others' babies, I like to make sure I get enough information to be able to care for them the way they are used to and will make them feel the least stressed while you're away.
