About: Over the years I have cared for a wide variety of dogs, cats, and more with many different styles of care. I always work to abide by the client's expectations, along with working to understand and care for the pet in the unique ways they need. Im a very scheduled person and love to work with the pet's schedule. I love walking and enjoy being able to take dogs out for a walk or just play/rest at home I always want to hear the client's preferences or directions for how to best care for thier pet. About: As the proud owners to two wonderful little rescue dogs, a cat, some chickens, guinea fowl, goats and sheep, we know how hard it can be sometimes to find care for your pets and farm animals while you are away. We will provide the same level of care and kindness that I would want and expect for our own spoiled pets. Trust is an important part of pet care and petsitting, and we want you to be able to confidently, and without worry, leave your pampered pups and kitties in our care. We live on a small farm in rural Western Maryland, about 20 minutes west of Frederick. We have experience with all kinds of animal care, from horses, cows, goats, sheep, and poultry. We are currently able to provide drop-in visits for dogs, cats, and a variety of farm animals, as well as house or farm sitting, and in home boarding, as well as hourly dog park style use of our large fenced yard. Your pets will be a happy addition to our family in our home! My whole property is fenced by 4 ft or taller board and wire fencing, with smaller areas sectioned off in the front and back yards. The driveway is gated and secure. I want your pets to feel as safe as my own. I currently work only at home, tending our farm homestead, and have a flexible schedule. I'm able to drop in one or two times a day, or less or more often, as needed. I treat every animal as if it were my own and provide a level of care that I give my own and that I would expect from my pet care provider.

About: Ive taken care of dogs since I was younger. Most recently it’s just been me and my girl Jayde. I absolutely love animals. I have senior care for dogs, i’m able to do baths, brushing coat, walks, play dates. I’m currently working part time and looking for a little something extra to do during the week. Morning and afternoons work great for me for drop ins and walks. I will be able to keep your fur babies company while you are busy during the day. I love being outdoors and walking my dog and she loves it too.

About: I currently work as a caretaker at a dog daycare center, where I care for dogs with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and play styles every day. Whether your dog is super energetic, anxious, older, or just needs a little extra patience and attention, I’m more than comfortable adapting to their needs. I’ve also been around animals my whole life and currently care for a cat, an elderly black lab, and a young hound puppy. Weekdays: Available after 1:30 PM for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. Weekends: Usually fully available for walks, house sitting, overnight stays, and extended care. I’m a Dog Daycare worker during the weekdays, so my services may be limited to the afternoon + evenings from Monday-Friday. With dogs, I’m very patient and comfortable with all personalities, including high-energy, excitable, or anxious dogs. I focus on calm and respectful handling and try to help very anxious dogs feel safe by giving them space, approaching slowly, and using gentle reassurance like calm voice and light petting on their side when appropriate. I pay attention to body language and always aim to build trust rather than pressure them into an interaction. If a dog is acting out, I redirect their attention and follow any training or behavior instructions provided by the owner. With cats, I’m used to reading their behavior and giving them the space or attention they want. I understand that many cats are super independent and are protective about their space, but I also enjoy working with affectionate, social cats. I have experience caring for kittens, including feeding and basic hands-on care, as well as senior cats who may need routine medication or any extra attention.

About: I have professionally worked with animals as my career for over 20 years. I have owned a dog daycare, boarding, grooming and training facility in Rockville, MD for 17 years. I am a dog business owner and trainer. Prior to that I worked as an animal keeper and trainer for the National Zoo for 4 years. I grew up on a horse farm and currently own 2 horses. I have pet dogs, chickens and fish. I am very experienced in the animal care field. Pet care has been my life for many years. Now, my days are spent caring for and training my own animals. We begin our days around 7am and do bedtime breaks just before 11pm. All dogs that stay with me must be crate trained. I have various sized and styles of crates available. Dogs with stay with me will be taken out at a minimum of every 4 hours during daytime hours. I live on 4.5 rural acres in Rohrersville, MD. I take all dogs out on a collar and long line (up to 50 ft when appropriate) for exercise and allow off leash play when appropriate. I will also do long walks around my property for dogs that do best with regular leash walking. I own dogs of various breeds and sizes and dogs will be allowed to play if deemed appropriate. I run a dog daycare facility that offers group play and am skilled in determining temperament and appropriate play. I have also been training dogs for over 10 years. I offer high level behavior modification training for my business, SNIFFERS Doggie Retreat & Training Center in my home.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and I have fostered dogs for 2 years. I love senior dogs as well as puppies. I currently work a full time job, my hours are 8-4 but I am available to stay overnight. I am available on weekends and if needed I can go before and always after work! I have a big yard and 2 friendly dogs that love to play in the yard. I put them on leshes to walk them too.

About: I’ve been dogsitting throughout highschool while juggling sports, other jobs, AP classes and my own furry friends. I am able to set a goal and see it through whether it be training your puppy, playing with your cat or walking your fur babies daily. I have had experience with several different types of cats and dogs, including a huge German Shepard, 5 cats at a time and a very spoilt (with love) puppy. I am free during the weekends, and free for half of the day during the week. My senior year schedule allows me to leave school at around 11:30, giving me the rest of the day to answer to any pet needs. I intend to care for pets are their clients homes only mostly because I know these animals will feel safer and more relaxed in their own homes. I can and will care for them however directed in any way that makes them feel loved

About: I have always had a pet in my house since the day I was born. Mostly dogs, but I have also had other smaller pets. I now have one 12 year old chocolate lab and one 6 year old black lab that I take care of everyday. Because of this I have experience with puppies and older dogs, along with dealing with more than one pet at a time. I currently have school from 10:30-2:15 but I am free anytime before then and after that. I also am available almost every weekend if needed. I have a fenced in yard with a doggy door to get outside and two friendly dogs to keep your pet company. I love to take my pets on walks or just play with them in the house or yard.

About: I've cared for dogs of all ages from puppy to senior for multiple years now. I have experience watching dogs of varying sizes and energy levels so I can easily adapt to meet whatever their specific needs are. I value giving pets the care and attention they need in order to be healthy and happy! I work part-time so I have gaps in my schedule that caters well to pet care and I have flexibility to take up side jobs like these. I have two dogs at home and have experience administering different medications as well as experience with crating. I also have a fenced yard and the fence is enforced in addition to avoid digging. In other client's homes, I am respectful of their space and their rules for their pets.
