About: I've owned and watched dogs since I was 10 years old. From small puppies, elderly dogs, to dogs huge as a mastiff and small as a chihuahua. Whether they be my own, friends, or families I held dear, being around and caring for dogs have always been a huge part of my life! I've fed them, bathed them, given them medicine, and have always been relable. Currently, I am mostly self-employed & studying for a Real Estate license. I do work mornings at a horse barn, and have a contract gig working occasional weekends with a D&D-styled Bed & Breakfast. Thankfully those shifts are scheduled months in advance and, for barn work, typically wrap up around 11-Noon. :) I'm always willing to give dogs the ample affections and pets they need! I'm super attentive to when they need to go outside/take a walk, have their food right on schedule, have some playtime, or whenever they just geniunely need attention and love. I honestly do it everyday for my own dogs. So I'll have no trouble giving them the same needs I give my precious wee babies.

About: I currently work as a caretaker at a dog daycare center, where I care for dogs with a wide range of personalities, temperaments, and play styles every day. Whether your dog is super energetic, anxious, older, or just needs a little extra patience and attention, I’m more than comfortable adapting to their needs. I’ve also worked as a farmhand, helping feed and care for animals like chickens and other livestock. I’ve also been around animals my whole life and currently care for a cat, an elderly black lab, and a young hound puppy. Weekdays: Available after 1:30 PM for walks, drop-ins, and pet care. Weekends: Usually fully available for walks, house sitting, overnight stays, and extended care. I’m a Dog Daycare worker during the weekdays, so my services may be limited to the afternoon + evenings from Monday-Friday. With dogs, I’m very patient and comfortable with all personalities, including high-energy, excitable, or anxious dogs. I focus on calm and respectful handling and try to help very anxious dogs feel safe by giving them space, approaching slowly, and using gentle reassurance like calm voice and light petting on their side when appropriate. I pay attention to body language and always aim to build trust rather than pressure them into an interaction. If a dog is acting out, I redirect their attention and follow any training or behavior instructions provided by the owner. With cats, I’m used to reading their behavior and giving them the space or attention they want. I understand that many cats are super independent and are protective about their space, but I also enjoy working with affectionate, social cats. I have experience caring for kittens, including feeding and basic hands-on care, as well as senior cats who may need routine medication or any extra attention.

About: I have been around animals my whole life and want to spoil yours! I have owned cats and dogs both and take care of many of my neighbors pets all the time! I am the person who is always getting distracted and running late because I ran into a dog that needed to be pet! I am not currently working so I am free to walk and take care of your pets full time! About: I have professionally worked with animals as my career for over 20 years. I have owned a dog daycare, boarding, grooming and training facility in Rockville, MD for 17 years. I am a dog business owner and trainer. Prior to that I worked as an animal keeper and trainer for the National Zoo for 4 years. I grew up on a horse farm and currently own 2 horses. I have pet dogs, chickens and fish. I am very experienced in the animal care field. Pet care has been my life for many years. Now, my days are spent caring for and training my own animals. We begin our days around 7am and do bedtime breaks just before 11pm. All dogs that stay with me must be crate trained. I have various sized and styles of crates available. Dogs with stay with me will be taken out at a minimum of every 4 hours during daytime hours. I live on 4.5 rural acres in Rohrersville, MD. I take all dogs out on a collar and long line (up to 50 ft when appropriate) for exercise and allow off leash play when appropriate. I will also do long walks around my property for dogs that do best with regular leash walking. I own dogs of various breeds and sizes and dogs will be allowed to play if deemed appropriate. I run a dog daycare facility that offers group play and am skilled in determining temperament and appropriate play. I have also been training dogs for over 10 years. About: I’ve taken care of dogs for as long as I can remember. I have grown up with dogs, and love all dogs. Neighbors and family members have relied on me to take care of their dogs. About: I have cared for dogs my entire life and have always grown up around them. I currently have experience with multiple dogs of different ages, sizes, and needs, including caring for dogs recovering from injuries such as torn ACLs. I also provide overnight care for multiple families and their pets. I truly love spending time with animals. About: I’ve had dogs as a child and well into my adulthood. We, as a family, have never not had to care for an animal at all different stages. We are definitely a dog family. I have enjoyed caring for friend fur babies as well over the years. Overnight stays, snuggles, play time, walking. bathing, light training, medication and care in late stages of life are all many things I experienced the last 30 years of being a pet owner. I am working part time from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule to accommodate your schedule and any last minute life changes that may arise. I feel keeping our pet’s happy is about their comfort. Toys, item of clothing with owners sent and not shifting their daily schedule is most important when caring for pets while their owners are away. My goal is to keep them in their daily normalcy of comfort, what ever that looks like for each pet , with a lot of extra love or comfortable space they need. A clients home would be treated with the same respect as my own and left as found.

About: I've cared for dogs of all ages from puppy to senior for multiple years now. I have experience watching dogs of varying sizes and energy levels so I can easily adapt to meet whatever their specific needs are. I value giving pets the care and attention they need in order to be healthy and happy! I work part-time so I have gaps in my schedule that caters well to pet care and I have flexibility to take up side jobs like these. I have two dogs at home and have experience administering different medications as well as experience with crating. I also have a fenced yard and the fence is enforced in addition to avoid digging.
