About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. Even when clients start as one-offs, they usually stick around—because I strive to be a resource for dogs and their families. That’s why I call this place a home away from home. If you're interested, I invite you to come by for a meet and greet—see the space, meet me, and let me meet your little one. I look forward to being your dog’s new best friend! Canine care is my daily life. The dogs are with me throughout the day—whether we’re in the yard, around the house, or out on a trail. I structure my routine around their needs, with group outings, downtime, and a consistent rhythm. If my personal life calls me away, I have an amazing assistant Alaina who steps in. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.

“Michelle took great care of Maisie and was communicative and quick to respond during the day. I would leave Maisie with Michelle again if available and recommend her to others.”

“Noni was so great and Tahoe enjoyed his stay! He came back with a new toy & we were so happy to get so many updates. She was patient and understanding as he is a shelter dog finding his rhythm in the world.”

About: Hi Paw-rents! Thanks so much for stopping by! I know how personal it is to choose someone to care for your beloved pet—and I don’t take that responsibility lightly. My goal is simple: to make sure your furry family member feels safe, relaxed, and loved while you’re away, and that you feel completely at ease knowing they’re in great hands. I bring a calm, grounded presence to pet care, shaped by my background in social work and trauma-informed support. I understand how to meet each pet exactly where they are—whether they’re shy, high-energy, older, or need a little extra patience. I move at their pace, tune into their cues, and make sure they feel secure every step of the way. In my free time you’ll find me outdoors hiking, exploring national parks, or walking my sweet dog Zuri and exploring dog heaven at Fort Funston Beach. Zuri is incredibly gentle, and we love hosting dog friends at our peaceful, pet-friendly home. You can count on me for: Thoughtful, loving, and responsible care Clear, consistent communication A calm, structured environment your pet can settle into If you're looking for someone dependable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in your pet’s well-being—I’d love to connect. Can’t wait to meet you and your furry family! I'm currently working part-time, which means I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your pet the attention they deserve. I’m available for boarding, daycare, and drop-ins—mornings and afternoons or evenings Wednesday through Sunday. Whether your pup needs a playful day or a cozy overnight stay, I’ve got you covered! A Typical Day with Me I love spending time outdoors, so your pup and I will enjoy walks exploring the neighborhood and sniffing new scents. With your approval, I’ll offer healthy treats to keep things fun. We might visit the dog park for some social time, then relax with sunbathing or quiet rest. At home, your dog can play with my gentle pup Zuri—or I’m happy to keep them separate if needed. Since I work part-time, I have plenty of time to be fully present and give your pet all the love and attention they deserve. I truly enjoy building bonds with every dog I care for—it’s one of my favorite parts of this work!

About: I grew up with dogs and cats my whole life, have been pet sitting for the past 10 years for friends and family, and we now have a dog daughter of our own – a 3 year old standard poodle. We'll care for your dog just like we care for our own – as part of our family. I work from home primarily and my partner works from home occasionally so your pet will never be alone for too long. We have a yard where our dog and a neighboring dog like to play and we go on 3 walks per day at minimum in the morning, afternoon, and evening. Whether your dog enjoys lots of social time and play or is more relaxed, we are set up to provide your dog with the care and safe space they need.

“From the first meeting, it was evident that Anas has a genuine passion for dogs and a talent for handling them. His communication was excellent, he was very responsive and adaptable. When we returned home, my dog fell asleep immediately, a clear sign that he had a great time.”

“Anchisa kept my dog Walter for doggy day care on my long work days. I am completely pleased and so happy we found her! From time of booking throughout his whole stay her communication is excellent with updates and pics! He is no longer nervous when I get ready for work since he knows he will be seeing her. I would trust her completely for boarding if I leave town as well. I am so grateful we found you!”

“Thanks Sophie for taking good care of our dog Hobbes! We had Sophie watch Hobbes while we attended a concert in Berkeley. We had drinks at a spot in Oakland beforehand and her place was a quick stop on the way to the venue. Hobbes seemed to have a blast playing while there. She shared some photos which was a nice touch. We will gladly reach out again if we need pet sitting in the area.”

“Latricia was very sweet with our dog! It's clear that she has a lot of experience with dogs. She sent multiple photos and updates during the day. She also gave us helpful information about his behavior afterwards.”

“Alexadria was great and professional. When I picked up my pup he was happy and sleepy from a full day of playing in Alexadria’s huge back yard. This was my first time using Rover and leaving my dog with a sitter so I felt anxious to say the least. But it turned out to be a very positive experience. Would book again!”

“Maxwell is incredibly slow to trust people. The moment he met Mary at our meet & greet I could Tell she had a special energy (he even tried to follow her into her apartment after they met). After this stay, I am so confident she is going to be an excellent fit for my sweet pup. She spent time with him 1:1 upon arrival before bringing him up to meet her dog (making sure he got comfy), she took him on errands and walks and sent the sweetest photos of him meeting the neighbors, and she was flexible and dropped him off at our house when our plans got delayed. Very much looking forward to more stays with Mary!”

About: Hi there! I'm a passionate animal lover with a soft spot for both dogs and cats, and I’m here to make sure your furry family members feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. Whether your pet is a cuddle bug or prefers space and independence, I respect their personality and give them the care they’re most comfortable with. I’ve raised and trained my own pup, so I understand how important consistency is, especially when it comes to reinforcing training. I’ve also volunteered as a dog walker at the local animal shelter and currently share my home with a sweet senior dog who gets her teeth brushed daily (yes, really!). When it comes to cats, I’ve fostered for years and have hands-on experience with everything from bottle feeding kittens to administering meds—even IVs. I’ve also helped out at mobile adoption events, making sure the cats were cozy and stress-free, and was the go-to person for nail trims. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I take that seriously. I’m committed to giving your pets the same love and attention I’d want for my own. Let’s chat—I’d love to meet you and your pets! I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I’m available for early morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend visits or walks. Your pets will be a priority. My partner, Juan, our dog and I live in a cozy one-bedroom condo. Visiting dogs are welcome to hang out on the couch/bed (as long as they’re house-trained), and I also have a medium-sized crate (fits pets up to 20 lbs) if your dog prefers a comfy crate to rest in.

She sends us pictures and videos frequently, and Louie very clearly enjoys the time he spends with Aimee. She is reliable, communicative, and extremely flexible with our needs. Taryn & Jeffrey T.
“Taryn and her husband Jeff have lovingly cared for our dog Chips several times and he always comes back happy and healthy! Their dog Peixe is one of Chips's favorite playmates; Peixe is incredibly well-behaved and cared for beautifully. One time while watching Chips, the Bay Area had a crazy heat wave and I felt totally confident that he was safe and comfortable while we were away despite his thick fur and high energy level/exercise needs. Chips is a bit of a wild man on walks/hikes and they deal with him SO well! Loving, conscientious, safe, and fun - those are the hallmarks of Taryn's caregiving style <3”
