I was a professional dog groomer and a shelter intern for 3 years, with lots of safety and behavioral training. I focus on safety when it comes to working with animals and take all precautions when greeting, interacting (or avoiding) other animals, and generally all areas. Second to safety, building trust and bonding with animals is something I value highly. I am typically available after 3:00pm during the week and I am flexible on the weekends. About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I worked at a Dog Kennel for 6 years. I would typically take care of 20+ dogs by myself. I am comfortable with all types of dogs at any age! From scared old pups to crazy hyper pups! I have taken care of dogs that were over 15 years old who couldn’t walk and puppies who were trying to eat everything they saw. I know my way with dogs pretty well and I’ve never met a dog that I couldn’t handle. My schedule is currently only open after 5pm Monday through Friday and any time on the weekends! I am able to do walk in to check on the pups and walks! I always try to get to know the owner and dog before taking care of the pup or staying in the clients home. I prefer meeting both client and dog about a week before starting to take care of the pups just so everyone is comfortable!

About: Growing up I’ve always had family dogs I helped out with. In more recent years, I’ve watched neighbors and family’s pets, including petsitting two dogs for a few days. Currently, I’m on summer break and have tons of time to watch or walk pets. Most days are easy for me as I have transportation. I’m flexible to anything your pet needs.
